Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has lots of local amenities only a short drive away. I would say that if you did not drive you may struggle with local transport links close by, but there is bus stops in walking distance. The area is quiet but there has been a rise in ASB with the park in the last 6 months with children shouting and swearing and dropping litter, this doesn’t cause an issue if you are not directly over looking the park but I am aware some local residents are getting upset by this and the police have been involved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have found the master bedroom with the en suite is very small once you get you bed inside. There is plenty of storage but not a lot of space to navigate.

What is the best feature of your home:

The layout of the living room is spacious and big, I like that there’s a downstairs toilet as well.

Great transport links to motorways, local cities and towns with a great range of shops and local amenities. The estate is quiet with good park and very little anti social behaviour

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just how good the local amenities are and where to go to get a great bite to eat

What is the best feature of your home:

That we have moved in not six months and it feels like we’ve formed a deep rooted home that we have lived in for years.

Living on this street is a real pleasure — it’s a friendly, well-connected area with plenty to offer. There’s a great range of local shops within walking distance, giving the neighbourhood a lively yet relaxed feel. The nearby park is beautifully maintained, perfect for walks, picnics, or just unwinding outdoors. The area feels safe and welcoming, with minimal noise or anti-social behaviour. It’s a lovely, community-oriented place to live.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there was a fishing lake 5mins walk away to take kids. The bin situation isnt great but Im coming up with a solution to have them hidden

Integrated garage, onsuite , integrated wardrobes and a nice size garden to make your own

Great location with good connections to the motorway, local stores and shopping areas and school. Immediate road connection is a busy road however, this can be manageable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A timetable of when the road on the development would’ve been completed by would have been ideal as it’s been a long while however, this has been the only slow progression on the development as a whole.

What is the best feature of your home:

The storage that is built into the house and the utility room.

Bad aspect is the access to the estate via the back end of the estate. A lot of trouble starts from access via the back access

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing which would have been handy to know would have been about the local group chat for the estate. Just to meet neighbours etc and be up to date

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature would be the size of the bedrooms. We’re lucky enough to have 3 double bedrooms which are a perfect size for myself and family
