Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amazing new built property and area. The views are amazing of the Gedling country park from our home. Plenty of parking for my property. A couple of big supermarket and retail park closeby too. The transport links are not great yet as it is a newly developed area and the mobile network signal is poor but hopefully that will get better with time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Solar panels on the roof (of course a good thing) The dust from ongoing development in the area.
What is the best feature of your home:
Separate lounge area with views of Gedling country park from one window and full length glass doors opening into the garden.

Firstly we would just like to thank Adam who has been amazing from our first house viewing to completing our move in, could not praise him enough! There are plenty of nearby shops and schools around the local area with transport also available nearby. The street we have just moved into has very friendly neighbors who are all lovely!

Couldn’t think of any bad insights! Our move has been smooth sailing from start to finish all thanks to Lloyd’s living!
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of our home is the Kitchen/Diner and the garden, we love it!

The street is generally quiet and friendly, with good parking availability and regular bin collections. I’ve not experienced any major issues with traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. It’s a pleasant and safe place to live overall, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing you don’t notice during a typical viewing is how peaceful and friendly the neighbourhood really is. It’s a welcoming community, and neighbours are respectful and helpful
What is the best feature of your home:
Gas stove and central heating, the downstairs WC is of god size, and sitting in the garden in the evening is our favourite part.

Close to local amenities, you live in the country side but easily reach the city centre in 20 minutes driving! The area is quite and family friendly. Roads are clean.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The ongoing noise and traffic from roadworks, even in Saturday.
What is the best feature of your home:
The house is fully detached, you don't feel like living in a box!

Very good amenities near by, close to everything through driving distance, however most shops are a 10 min walk away

How much dust there would be from all the building work going in
What is the best feature of your home:
I think the best feature of the property are the French doors leading to the garden, as having this open throughout the day really helps with the stuffiness.
