I am very impressed with the area that I live in. We are very close to a country park and there is a park just down from my house which is perfect for my children. There is a bus just down from my house too. Il

They can’t help you enough !! I’m so impressed with my home, the amenities around my home and the support and help from LLoyds living

The downstairs toilet and the bathrooms the garden and room sizes and the appliances

Great location, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. The park is great for kids and also lots of open walks near by for the upcoming summer months, local to supermarkets and other shops.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Viewing was great and gave us all the information we needed before moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan kitchen dining room to the garden is the best feature in the house.

Location is fantastic, regular buses and very close to a number of areas. The development is quiet and the views are beautiful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It takes a bit of time to get your address up and running with a new development - we’ve had some issues with deliveries - but nothing major!

What is the best feature of your home:

The open plan kitchen dining room which then opens on to the garden!

Lovely property however a few snags which I would expect from a new build . Lloyd’s living are extremely friendly and proffesional nothing is ever an issue . It will be nice when the roads are tarmaced.

Very proffesional easy process. Josh could not have done more if he tried

The well equipped kitchen although space for a dryer would of really set it off

The local shops are quite good, less congested, and within reachable distance. The roads around are not that good, bumpy and lots of holes. Our street is quieter, away from traffic, and sufficient parking space for us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We don’t have any look-backs as of now. We knew the house we would occupy. We can say, that the kitchen looked smaller at the time of viewing , but seemed bigger at occupation. Interesting, isn’t it?

What is the best feature of your home:

The sumptuous space is a huge plus for us, especially having moved from apartment life. Our kids are liking the little garden space to run around, whilst sun basking is an added benefit for them. The quiet environment is awesome, our sleeping has improved drastically. Our space is peaceful. And restful!
