Hillfields – this suburb was named after its hilly terrain. Hillfields has numerous green spaces where residents can enjoy picnics or simply relax. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Nice views from windows.
It would be nice if one of the common areas was a gym.

The appliances in the flats are excellent and reliable. Comfortable beds and furniture.

The location is quite close to city center. Shops, restaurants and bus stops are really close which are like 10 minutes walking distance.

Please review your development:

Building is highly secured, reception is always helpful and friendly. Furniture and flat design is quite nice and modern, maybe the best you can see in the area. Maintanence team is always helpful and very kind.
The only thing which I find expensive is parking fee in the car park within the building area.

Car park in the building is expensive and the space is not enough so you have to apply for a place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I face an issue with the white goods in the flat or anything else they were always really quick and helpful to solve the problems.

Very Nice and cosy lounge，fancy water machine，very good location and very quiet. Very friendly service team. Reading club is a great idea to me and I look forward to it.

Please review your development:

I decided to take the appartment when I first came to see it. It is very well designed, big wash room, bedroom and kitchen. Facilities provided are of high quality and standard. I am very pleased with the current management in the building. If anything, maybe it will be more convenient for us if the kitchen is closer to a window.

I did not manage to access to the free Wi-Fi and the telephone signal is not very strong

A 5-minute walk from the closest grocery store. The Center is around a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Not much else nearby. The central bus station is a 15-minute walk.

Please review your development:

Brand new modern apartments. Excellent management with friendly staff 24/7. The only downside is minimal facilities such as gym and other activities. Nice lounges and quiet spaces. Perfect storage for packages and deliveries. Safe with multiple security gates and cameras.

It is more efficient and cheaper overall to order groceries online than going.
