Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very nice, we have had delays with the council in collecting bins but the building management were very helpful in resolving this. The streets are very active so its good to be mindful walking at night like most other urban areas. Its not too far from Hotspurs stadium so the nighbourhood can feel a bit overrun on matchdays, but its usually an okay vibe despite the crowd.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all of them! They are very responsive snd friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just wish that it was priced more to reflect how many young tenants there are, and that mailroom was more secure.

It near station bus and shop easy to get anywhere the bin is good people is nice no traffic and it pretty good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No it have been ok it does take there time to get to sole the problem but it does got it in the end

Good , everyone does have different options and ideas but in the way that they are good

Very close to Seven Sisters station which provides fantastic, overground, underground and bus routes all across London, lots of shops around and some nice places to eat/drink, gym is very close to the station also. The building itself is 7 minutes from the station, tucked away on a quiet residential street which is a huge bonus as it doesn’t get as loud or busy compared to the high street by the station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slowly, make lots of false promises and do not deliver to a satisfying level.

How slow and ineffective the management/landlord/agency are.

The neighbourhood is packed with small stores and restaurants. Plenty of grocery stores, butchers, etc. Limited access to pubs but a few nice ones.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They avoid taking actions and don't answer well to user feedback

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the complimentary amenities and services promised wouldn't be delivered on time. And that since they are "complimentary" we can't complain and won't get a rent discount

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is conveniently located in Seven Sisters on a leafy street. Transport links are available within 5 minutes walk; both underground and overground. The street is nice, and quiet with many grocery shops and restaurants nearby. The building is clean and very well-managed

Quick response. They fixed issues I had reported in most respectable and professional manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I know they were going to build another apartment flat not far from my window. I am concerned about the noise it will make.
