Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location not too far from the city centre, there is plenty to do in the area, the biggest issue is the parking, street parking is available nearby however it is always busy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had no issues as of yet in this property aside from the delay in picking up the keys.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the dryer didn’t work properly, some of the screws are loose in the flat and some of the furniture has been broken and badly repaired.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Situated in the heart of Liverpool, residents enjoy easy access to a variety of local amenities. Shops, restaurants, bar and entertainment venues are all within walking distance. Public transport links are also excellent, allowing for easy commutes to different parts of the city. Ample parking facility, sufficient bins for garbage disposal, uninterrupted power and water supply, spacious lift are all added conveniences.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt and early rectification of issues using trained manpower.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of indoor recreational facilities for children.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really good central location for the Baltic to live in with bars and restaurants on your door step. Transportation is close by but situated on a busy main road can be loud and parking very busy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been very poor with addressing issues and fixing issues, long lead times with no communication. Turning up on wrong days and leaving it month at a time

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking was unavailable we were told we were out on a waiting list but weren’t. Would be good to get updated on this
