The location and the property are good, property management is ok but not the best. Was told to pick up keys at a certain time and then told to come back later but I had nowhere to go. Dryer doesn’t work properly. We were given the wrong key to the letterbox when we moved in, the mattress was dirty. The property managers pretty much just leave you alone which is ideal.

Nice building but lack of amenities for the price. Gym needs updating, lots of machine don’t work/broken. Only one lift - been broken for almost 3 weeks and still not fixed. Building is not disabled friendly. No open windows so gets extremely hot when it gets above 15 degrees.

leaseholders are charged over £800 per quarter but are not receiving even a basic standard of care and management. To list just a few of the issues 1. Windows never cleaned 2. General lack of cleaning of communal areas 3. Poor security management – thefts occurring due to broken security doors 4. No replies from Haymarket to email and phone calls 5. Car park shutter not working for 18 months

Design is really nice for the building however no where near the correct amount for the amount of flats and no road side parking but company allowed to use it for match days which is unfair to tenants. Security are nice people and helpful but hours are not great for tenants as doesn’t start til 1900

The location is desirable, with it being close to the shopping and leisure aspects of Manchester’s City Centre

The building management does a good job at keeping tenants up to date through email communication, however can be difficult to reach with issues raised by individuals. The facilities offered are a plus point to residing here, including bills in rent, pet friendly apartments and on site amenities such as a working room and gym.
