Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has both its strengths and drawbacks. The range of local shops and restaurants is fairly good, with a mix of independent cafes, supermarkets, and takeaway options, though variety can be limited depending on your tastes. There are a few nice pubs and bars, but not a huge nightlife scene. Open spaces are one of the highlights—there are several parks nearby, great for walking, relaxing, and family activities. Public transport links are generally reliable, with frequent buses and a nearby train station offering good access to the city centre. However, services can be overcrowded during peak hours, and delays are not uncommon, especially during poor weather or strike action. Living on my street is mostly peaceful, though traffic can be busy at certain times, especially during school runs. Parking can be a challenge, particularly in the evenings, and some cars block driveways. Bin collections are regular, but there have been occasional missed pickups. Anti-social behaviour is rare, but noise from the main road can sometimes be disruptive. Overall, it’s a decent place to live with a few minor issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been generally responsive to issues raised, addressing most problems within a reasonable time. However, some follow-ups are needed for recurring maintenance concerns or delayed repairs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how limited the parking availability can be, especially in the evenings—it's something that isn't obvious during a daytime viewing. I'd also advise new neighbours to check how soundproof the walls are, as noise from neighbouring flats can sometimes be heard depending on the layout. Additionally, while the area feels safe, the street lighting in some parts of the development is quite dim at night. It’s a good idea to visit at different times of day to get a full picture of what living here is really like.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has everything I need, it’s close to MediaCityUK, it’s on a tram stop, I can walk to Manchester quickly, it has nice walking routes, it’s a 15-minute walk from White City Retail Park, has a Tesco Express next door, and has a cheap local pub. One of the downsides, is that it feels like the area is slowly getting rundown and uncared for. Paths have weeds and litter everywhere. Transport for Greater Manchester are also in dire need of fixing their tram tracks as the journey to town is slow, due to 5mph speed restrictions at almost every corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have been in contact with the company to get meter readings for my electric and water, but it took them over a week to respond. I have flagged on the inventory that there are things wrong with the flat, like broken blinds etc, but not had a response.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the building is to be covered up for almost a year in scaffolding, losing access to my balcony, and be unable to open my balcony door- despite applications going in for this to the council in September 2024.

Transpoet and the shops are easily available here as there is a londis under the chatham waters and the chatham waters are near to the main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded with in an hour and solved the issue at that day itself.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quite convenient, with less than a 15-minute walk to the nearest tram station and a good range of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The quality of these places is solid, offering a variety of options for everyday needs and dining out. Open spaces are also available nearby, providing a nice escape from the urban environment. Public transport links are easily accessible, and there are no major issues in that regard. As for the street itself, parking availability is generally okay, although it can get busy at times. Bin collections are regular, and there's little to no anti-social behavior. Traffic noise is moderate but not overwhelming, contributing to an overall pleasant living environment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mostly on time and effective building management with improved parcel collection and storage process which still have room for improvement but overall good. Any need for repair can be submitted on a single portal and contact can be expected in less than few days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Gym facility is below average with transparent glasses which people walking can see through. Noisy level can sometimes be too high in the corridor

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sent out multiple contractors all saying different things and not sort the actual issue at hand
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the concierge is not 24/7 and parcels are rarely sorted when delivered
