Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is pretty much spot on. You’re in between two tram stops, pure gym is next door. A nice walk to media city and near the motorway if you have to commute. The down side is, it can be quite noisy in the early hours and go through spells of break-ins, with bikes being stolen, security gates being broken. Also can get noisy from the hotel opposite and a lot more coaches arriving, which blocks the roads. On occasion the buses are sat idling in the early hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To be fair, the building management were very quick to respond to issues. Feel the recycle bin area needs to be more secure as it just gets kicked in a lot.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how noisy it was before moving in. But the management company can only do so much
