Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Baltic market is close by and has a variety of food menus. There’s many local bars and pubs to use, good overall.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Poorly in terms of giving an actual resolution to the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Poor and slow lift - it takes ages to go up and down. There should have been two.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Security onsite is minimal to stop anything. No CCTV despite numerous crimes on property and persons. Airbnb lets have made living here untenable and unsafe . Police are constantly about due to number of drug dealers in area . Noise from near by camp and furnace can be loud and anti social behaviour never stops with skateboarders and BMX youths using grounds as place to practice stunts
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Slowly, passed the buck and even ignored emails. Basically uninterested in resolving issues or complaints
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Permitted use of Airbnbs making it unsafe and full of stag and hen parties. Anti social behaviour is rife. Post is stolen regularly. Security is an after thought, no CCTV. No car parking unless you pay £150 per mth. Dog poo everywhere

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to local amenities and great location for social activists without having to go into the city centre. Transport not too far away and easy to get to. Parking facilities aren’t great as street is very cramped.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have been helpful and usually pretty on top of getting back to my emails however sometimes can take a while to get a response from them. Always been polite and eager to help
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The fact that a parking space isn’t included in tenancy

Location is what makes staying in this building, you can’t complain you are close to city centre but not bang in the middle and have a lot around you. Parking could be better.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nightlife is amazing, 2 min walk from bars and a few pubs and 15 min walk from the city centre. Downside is parking, as it’s a popular slates the space available out side for residents fills up quickly. Very difficult to find a space outside. You do hear noise outside, cars, faint music but nothing too loud.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Response is usually quite quick, never waiting too long.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
New carpets would have been nice for new tenants. living right outside one of the entrance doors to the floor is very loud.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very close to Baltic market area for bars and food. Close to waterfront and Albert Dock, some green spaces nearby no major parks. Good transport links for bus. Some apartments come with private underground parking included in rent, in street parking can be busy and a few park on double yellows/dropped kerb/stupid places and receive fines. No antisocial behaviour, there can be skateboarders but don’t cause any issues. Can’t really hear traffic noise as surrounded by the other X1 buildings, can hear occasional building work from surrounding areas and sirens from ambulance station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There’s been issues with water supply cutting over the last few months, apparently haymarket are working to replace the water pumps in the basement.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Some residents can be messy ie spill liquid in lift/leave rubbish in bin chute room.
