Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are close by and cains market is just a 5m walk away. Generally doesn't have any noise apart from some weekends but car noises are constant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the building has responded to issues in a relatively timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That people steal packages hence why they have to be moved to the meter room. Wasn't something I was expecting from people living in this development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice gentrified area with lots to do from drinks down at the botanical gin garden to food dates at the Baltic market. Something from everyone. Plus a lovely view of the docks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a flood which they came out and fixed and sorted out mold that was left behind as a result of this as well as replaced the broken appliance responsible for the flood

Set up your council tax straight away don’t leave it until it’s too late
