Building itself is okay, but looks a little tacky as the outside material on walls gets painted green from the moss that’s on upstairs neighbours balcony. Sound isolation is good, although you can hear heavy steppers walking above you sometimes which can be annoying. Location is good in terms of catching transport to city centre, and it’s relatively quiet especially compared to city centre. Overall, the views, nearby Tesco and tram stop by the door are very convenient, although to save money you’d have to go to other supermarkets and get food from there. 3.5/5 would recommend!

People live here but don’t spend money. Area looks nice but no spending locally. So you may find yourself with nothing to do in the area on weekends, maybe that’ll change in the future

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is all good. Cannot complain at all

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are no door handles on any front doors. Literally none haha, you have to twist your key in the lock to get your door shut - then lock
