Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are great transport links and a range of both bars and restaurants in the local area. In the building there is a basic gym, however a number of better ones close by which are better for usage. The parking availability is one downside directly by the building but good options close if guests are staying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had issues with our washing machine and this was solved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The viewing we had for this flat was helpful despite being a different flat it gave a good insight for what we were getting, but did mean we missed some things that could have been flagged before moving.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a lot of shops around which is good and transport is also perfect. There’s a tram stop right in front as well as a bus stop. There’s a Sainsbury’s below one of the buildings which is very convenient to get quick goods.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have fixed any issues which I have raised very quickly and contacted me

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The weekend noise from neighbours is the only thing I don’t like. Very early at 7am they could be making noise

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, 15 minutes tram into city centre and 10 minute drive. Lots of local shops, bars and restaurants. The tram and bus stop is right outside the building. Parking is awful around the building, people parking on the pavement on Michigan Avenue just to get free parking. Bin shed is always overloaded and flowing outside the building and so when it’s windy it all blows around. Lots of anti-social behaviour

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They don’t respond, they just ignore it. Allowing people to enter a building when they shouldn’t.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All the company want is money and will do everything they can to get that out of people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great access to local bars, tram right at the front door, really nice location. Parking is a little scarce and the bins are often hard to get to and overflowed, as well as it is very difficult for delivery drivers to get to the apartments. Management often ignores problems but are generally understanding.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Take way too long and often ignore my issues when contacted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i’d have known about the ongoing issues in the building and frequency of the lift breaking down. As well as the broken front door.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great access to public transport. Close to many shops, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Great walk paths along salford quays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The they I moved in, I reported that one of the ceiling lights was broken to which they responded that it was OK when they were checking the property and refused to fix it.

I wish I knew how exactly the water billing system works!
