Really close to moreton town centre, couldn’t be a better location. 10 minutes from leasowe station and around 20 minutes from moreton station
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issue with paint work on the ceiling in the bathroom which was resolved within a few days of putting in a maintenance request
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing in particular I wish i would have known.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Moreton has a good range of shops, supermarkets, takeaways and a few pubs, with more variety in nearby areas. There are some nice open spaces, especially the promenade and local parks, which are great for walks. Transport links are fairly convenient with train and bus services into Liverpool and around the Wirral, though trains can be busy at peak times. On my street, parking is usually available but can be tight at weekends. Bin collections are reliable, and while it’s generally a quiet area, there can be some traffic noise at rush hour. Overall, it’s a practical and friendly place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded quickly and professionally to any problems I’ve raised, keeping me updated until the issue was resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known where the water meter was because it’s hard to find

Good for local shops, transport and school. Parking available, traffic noise low. Quiet area, no issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No, maintanence have been unresponsive to big issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how slow maintenance would have been at responding to issues.
