It is quite quiet and there is not much going on in terms of bad things at the area. However, there has been some bad reviews of the neighbourhood in general. No complaints as my experience has been generally good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues currentlywith management as i have had no issues with the property

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have had no issues since moving in and I am content.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a Lidl about 8mins away and a train station as well. There are also a couple of other corner stores nearby and there are bus stops within 5mins-8mins walks so I quite like it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have attended to the 2 issues I raised , they however took a while responding to 1

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew earlier that fully electric powered homes are more expensive in terms of bills when compared to the ones that use gas

Good amount of shops and easy transport areas straight into Liverpool city centre. Variety of takeaways also.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Badly and after a very long period of time. Not good enough, in my opinion.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That when we raised any issues including hot water and leaks and mould we would not be dealt with accordingly, in my opinion.

There are some good local takeaways and shops, but the transport links are excellent to the city centre anyway, which has a further breadth of shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They simply don’t. It takes countless times of us chasing issues we have raised before we even get a slight response. We have reported multiple issues that were never logged and had to continuously call to get these resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how unhelpful the management was, the building has a lot of potential but there are constant disruptions and complaints aren’t taken seriously. I think the management must be understaffed as often we don’t get a reply at all.

My issues have been dealt with as soon as possible

There are two elevators available to access the higher floors
