Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a great range of shops, restaurants, and cafes, all within easy reach, which makes day-to-day living very convenient. There are also some lovely open spaces nearby, perfect for walks and relaxing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not had any issues so far but we feel building management are approachable, professional, and quick to act, ensuring that any concerns are dealt with efficiently. Communication has been clear and consistent through our experience so far which gives us confidence that things are well managed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The team is very approachable and always willing to help, which makes settling in easy. Overall, the experience has been very positive and any small questions we had were quickly resolved.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local shops are very close by, approximately about 3-4 minute drive which I find very useful. Parking availability is great as we have 2 spaces along side our home off road. We have not experienced any traffic noise at all and feel very relaxed within our street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far we hadn’t had any problems since living here but we feel confident that if we did, we would be assisted very professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We honestly didn’t come across anything significant that we wish we had known beforehand, which is a great reflection of the development overall.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area to live in, shops are around a 5 minute drive away and the village is nice and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had no issues to raise with building management.

There is nothing we wish we knew as everything was explained by Vicky and we are very satisfied.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Heybridge is lovely. All local shops nearby you would need. Nice dog walks and walking paths. Development spaced out and not over crowded

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't raised any problmes as of yet but im sure they will be fine

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Flooring really cheap and is already damaged from chairs. Vinyl flooring shouldnt be used is kitchen and hallways in my opinion

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have just moved from Norfolk and the area is fantastic with great access links to the A12. Shops and the town centre are nearby. Many green spaces available and with plans for further developments in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, and it has been a good experience and great communication

The area is still under construction and more houses are being built but all is going fine in the neighbourhood with minimal disruptions from the works being done.
