Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Repeated attendances from emergency services. Police and fire crews due to disputes with other tennents in their flats neighbouring ours. Late night early morning it feels like weekly one of them will attend for a domestic incident or arson. To the point had I known just how often this would happen I certainly would not have moved there. I’m not comfortable leaving my daughter at 17 at home alone at night when I work nights now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I initially had a leak they responded within 24hrs.

The constant domestic incidents with neighbours a few doors down and next door is draining when I work 13hr shifts I need my sleep and when police are attending it’s not quiet.

The house is a good layout. Easy access to public transport and local schools. Kids in our development all get on well together

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response on all repairs that I have had over the last year

Make sure all the paperwork is gone through when collecting the keys to the property

Great central location with easy access to local amenities, with the beach and a park just short walks away. Another plus is the easy access to the M6 via the Bay Gateway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response rate and work has always been followed up to check on the resolution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Really minor, we had to ask what the bin collection cycle was and how frequently this was done as this information wasn’t provided in our welcome pack.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is quiet where I live . Excellent for local shops and bus routes. I feel safe living where I am . Neighbours round the area are really nice . Respecting each others . Never come across with anti social behaviours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In my personal opinion any issues I have had have been dealt with . Always friendly and polite

Probably making sure you take pride in the you live and keeps gardens etc clean and tidy

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location to shops and our beautiful prom. Petrol station close by. Can be noisy and a bit rough

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

H&S issues and not taken seriously. They do not clean the carpark from dog fouling. We also have no lights working one end of the carpark which is so dangerous. With bad weather on its way there is no apparent concern to avoid slips, trips and falls and injury. No urgency on repairs. Always seems to be an issue when spending money in Morecambe when comes to repairs even though they increase your rent to the maximum they can. Don’t follow their own processes in place. Glossy website but don’t seem to follow through on what they advertise
