It is at a convenient location near to where I work, a Tesco metro nearby so I can get shopping pretty easily. Lots of buses to get to central but always too crowded and can be chaotic at times. Nearest tube station is 15mins walk.

The noise from neighbours, but it can change during tenancy so hard to anticipate.

An updated online portal system where queries will be responded to within 24 hours, clear tenant rules; better concierge service who makes tenants' lives easier not harder

I like that its close to the gym, and that its gated and my car is kept safe, it's also close to the bus stop and tesco close. I dislike that parking is difficult

How expensive the parking is!

Super easy to get to work, virgin active is close and it’s self contained.

The area is really calm and honestly have nothing to dislike.

The kids in the area here are loud when theyre put. the neighbourhiod is realy friendly.

Its really expensive to buy the house and also extra rxpenses
