I would recommend it if you’re looking to live in Leeds city centre

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

On street parking is very limited and if you have visitors they can only park up to an hour, you can hear some traffic noise but not much. The bins can get gross as they are in the basement with the carpark but they get taken out regularly. Transport links are great because it’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre/train station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve been okay for example replacing my oven as it wasn’t working.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew the shower head was not removable, that the lift broke often, the washing machine/oven were not fully functional and the bedroom radiator is hidden behind the wardrobe. Also wish I knew the parking was ridiculous limited so any visitors have to go to a public car park and walk down or use public transport. It is also mixed recycling.

Great location, great sized flats with available parking but average condition of furniture and no extra perks

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rosie seems involved and makes effort to listen and organizes meetings

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking for visitors is tricky and certain furnishings may not be in great condition

Repair maintenance team is quick

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location to city center and train station. Not great parking options for visitors. The back entrance gate gets locked at night making getting to the building hard because you have to walk the long way around next to a main road. This is a pain if you have heavy bags.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building unfortunately frequently smells of 'plants' but building management stated that there's not much they can do if nobody knows where the smell is coming from.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building has silverfish and the back gate gets locked at night which is inconvenient because it leaves only one accessible entrance into the building.

The building is good near to city centre, the facilities are good as well, but you may find better options at this price around the city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good thing is it’s near to the city centre. The groceries stores are nearby, the nearest Tesco is just 0.4 miles away. The bus stop is also very near just 0.1 miles. There is proper parking availability on paid basis. The bin area is near the parking on the ground floor. There is no anti social behaviour around as people are nice and friendly, also they respect each other's privacy. The bad things are that the maintenance team takes a lot of time to come and fix your issues which feels frustrating. Also they don’t give any proper storage space, the wardrobe is too small and they won’t provide any microwave.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes it responded to the issues we have raised and it was sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the lift in our floor often gets out of service.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location with a lot of links to the inner city, but very busy overpass which makes it hard to get in but easy to get out

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Was not ready when expected, 2 weeks later and still waiting on resolution

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Water is on a tank system which you fill which can be annoying
