Good tapas restaurant at the end of the road! Rail links into London and very easy to get to Waterloo on the fast train! Own parking space and quiet no noise 😊

Yes all issues they have responded too within 24 hours

Transport links to London within 3 minute walk. On-site parking Incredibly quiet development with social events that enable us to meet neighbours

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had one minor problem and it was sorted on the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The process of moving in should be taken back from the estate agent by the leasing team to allow the new tenant to clearly understand the signing up process as this was unclear from our agent.

It is very green and have lots of small shops where people are friendly, and amazing! Everything is perfect!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They answer within a matter of hours and the problem is usually fixed or some correspondence sent within 24 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s nothing really, the introduction and when they showed us around had all the info we needed I wish the activities they host were a little later but that’s it just because it’s hard to get from the city and back in time for when they start

Quite far from most places I needed to commute to, and the station is not close, so getting around was less convenient than expected. I often had to take a bus into central or toward the airport, which added extra time to most journeys.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very attentive throughout and impressively quick with responses, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well looked after. Communication was clear, helpful, and reliable from start to finish, and that level of responsiveness really stood out in a positive way.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew it was a bit farther from the station than expected, and that the high street was the main convenient spot nearby for shops, food, and day-to-day essentials. It would have helped to plan journeys and errands a little better beforehand.

No as aspects - I love Walton On Thames and I love the location of Walton Court Gardens . I live close to the station as well which is a win win.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately - there are no issues when it comes to maintenance doing their job. Everything is done and within the required SLA’s. It’s impressive

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had realized how good the leasing options were, the management team and just how incredible it was to live here. I would have moved sooner.
