Living in Walton Court is very convenient and enjoyable. There’s a great range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, along with several supermarkets and leisure facilities in Walton town centre. Transport links are strong, with regular bus services and Walton-on-Thames station providing quick access to London and surrounding towns.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues raised, ensuring problems are resolved efficiently and with great communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There was nothing I wasn’t aware of before moving to Walton Court. Everything was explained clearly during the viewing, so there were no surprises once I moved in.

Super close to train station and supermarkets within reach in a few minutes by drive. Area is super quiet and peaceful and there is a good range of local shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None yet but hopefully minimal as a new build which shouldn’t require much work I would hope.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Too early to say. I am not able to comment on this aspect of the review.

Close to train station, few local shops and not too far from town centre. Plenty of countryside if that is of interest

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

That's the issue - they do not resolve the problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Management team are not the same people who are dealing with prospective tenants - like chalk and cheese when enquiring and wanting to move vs once you have moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops and town not great; Weybridge and Esther have better options. Kingston or out to Surrey towns for anything substantial. Underground parking seems good though 1) has not been cleaned - so cars all kicking up dust and getting covered quickly and 2) not particularly secure given slow moving doors; have seen cars follow in on numerous occasions or even enter through the exit after having waited outside. London connection is excellent with regular and fast overground train into Waterloo.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Partially and most remain ongoing. Biggest concerns around heating and energy efficiency as looking at a ~4x increase to my old premises; a (hardly efficient) ground floor flat in a Victorian house

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

New build energy setups. Push for eco seems to have resulted in a checklist approach which is both expensive and not particularly eco friendly!
