Expensive with poor build quality.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All problems I had were met with suspician and a common answer of "we wouldn't do that". Well they did and very badly indeed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had checked all paperwork and lease properly. Nothing was signed and lease had lots of disclaimers to benefit the construction company only and cover their lies.
