Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops nearby, but not much variety with cafes etc, very close to main road can be loud, but windows are well noise proof

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have but it can often take some time before it’s actually done

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I felt a little rushed on my viewing it would of been nice to see the whole building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects: The development is near by to bus stop and 15minutes walk to the train station. Bad aspects: The development is very close to the A3 so it's very noisy, irrespective of the floor you find yourself, it's noisy 24/7 of the day so there is no relief, Bins are always full especially on weekends when the bins over flow from the bin stores. Tenants are noisy at odd times of the day. Connecting doors are left to shut hence very noisy throughout the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Takes forever for your issue to be reviewed and actioned.

I wish I had known that issues were resolved over months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

convenient with shops just across the road, easy transport into central, loads of parking. traffic noise is minimal despite being next to the A3

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the first few months were not the best however there were very few residents in the building, the past few months have had major improvements and anything that’s needed doing have been resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

better communication is needed between the several companies that were advertising the properties. we dealt with 4 throughout the move in process and it was very messy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not a lot of options walking distance but connected with the bus that runs 24/7 is a very positive thing. Things are close if you have a car. There is a lot of traffic noise which disappears with the windows. However in the summer if you don’t open the windows it becomes very hot and if you open them it’s very noisy. Haven’t seen anti social behaviors in the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had to contact via email to get things resolved and sometimes I don’t get a response. The concierge has facilitated some of that communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s very well insulated so during the summer the heat gets trapped and you will have to open the windows, which will make it very noisy. It’s not in Wimbledon council as we were told in the beginning, it’s part of Kingston which comes with a significant increase in council tax. Parking and pets come with an extra cost.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really love living in this area because it's very quiet. There are bars and shops, although they're very expensive, but you can get to cheaper shops by bus

I haven't had any problems so far. I'm sure you'll get an immediate response.
