Fantastic place, very clean area and indeed safe.

It is such great place to live, very quit and the rent is very convenient. Solid building, I quite feel very safe here.close to the shop and there are a few parks around, really nice to have many cafes and other place for leisure. I recommend it highly.

Great community, close to the shops and bust stop. Very quit and lovely area.

I would say, visit the are I guarantee you , you would love it.

The development is a really nice area with lovely design and planning. My landlord is a kind chap and i feel very comfortable going to him if I have any issues. Everything is above board and I know I am safe here and my worries are addressed quickly.

This is a nice area with a lot of diversity and culture. Transport is simple but very busy. Runs smoothly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of noise you get from outside is expected but after 10pm gets too much

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would change the amount of noise, if it could be sound proofed it would be better as there is so much noise

Building is of good quality and our flat is relatively spacious - development also has a concierge and communal gardens which are great additions. First Port is our property management and are terrible - awful customer service and have no idea what they're doing half the time.

Easy access to town, local supermarkets and 1 minute away from the river

That First Port were our property managers and were awful

Building and property management I would personally rate as okay, I didn’t particularly feel thrilled when I visited the area with a few people as I felt at the time that a couple of areas definitely needed improvement but I feel that from then to now a bit more has changed.

There are good enough transport links in this area such as buses and tube lines that run through which is a positive for commuters

The building is well designed and looks like it will age well. The flats are all large and get a great amount of sun and light due to lots of windows. Some snags are being finalised with the building management but a residential committee is being established.

Great location, quick to get anywhere as Clapham junction is so well connected and good bus links. Lovely community in the building. Great range of shops and restaurants all around and right near Battersea Park, Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Battersea Square is lovely!

What is the best feature of your home:

Location and view are both excellent! How light the flats are and the outdoor space also great
