Nice quiet flat for 2 people.

The building is very nice and quiet, as long as you close the window.
I like the structure and layout overlooking the garden. The bathroom is very bright and clean.
It’s a good deal for the quality, a little expensive for 1 person.
Hardly any parking.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s close to vauxhall station, and 1 bus ride away from Kings uni.
Unfortunately it’s 40 mins to Waitrose.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I just searched for 10 minutes and boom, done.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The gym is only open from 5am to 11pm, a 24h gym would be perfect.

The building has a gym, a roof garden. It’s a great flat but sometimes the lifts are broken and the ac doesn’t work.

At the back of the building there is a nice park.
I love the location as it’s near places like Southbank and Westminster.

I don’t like how the building is on a busy, smokey and dusty road.

I researched a lot before moving and knew everything before moving in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve raised a few issues and I do have to chase a little bit.

Nice place

Great Location for a good Value. However
Pollution is very poor and it rent is getting very Expensive.
Safe area and the People friendly. Unfortunately the flat is very cramped but some aspects are Modern

Pleasant upcoming area

I do enjoy living in this area. It has great transport connections, specially to my work and church. In my experience I can be anywhere I need in 30 minutes! You can actually walk to central London in less than 30 minutes!
Besides that, there are enough shops and restaurants and little Portugal is right around the corner.

What I like about this area:
– I feel safe at night
– incredible transport connections: train, buses, tube and the boat
– close enough to the river and green areas;

There is nothing I particularly dislike about this area.

I wish I knew this area would be in construction for the next few years, but overall it does not bother me.

It’s a comfortable flat. Temperature regulation was a very important factor for me. I enjoy the morden design of the building. One negative aspect is the location, and the building is not very sound proof.

Although close to the station, the area is not ideal as there is a lot of construction and noise. There are very few restaurants and markets. Pollution seems to be an issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have preferred to know about the pollution.

What is the best feature of your home:

It has a sky garden, the modern design and the interior design is nice and new.

Vauxhall Sky Gardens is a well designed building with amenities for all. The roof garden provides fantastic views across London. The gym is a good size and has plenty of equipment. Any issues within the building get reported fairly quickly.

There is a vast range of large shops and independent deli’s etc in the area which is good for people who want a little variety. Plus it is only a 10 minute tube ride to central London and also Clapham and Brixton are also within walking distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had issues with my cooling unit and it took forever for it to be fixed and explained to me.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would like pets to be allowed. I’ve been told they are not, however there are some people who have dogs. A clear rule would be handy. I would also repair the lifts as there is always 1 out of order and it isn’t long after it is fixed until another one is broken

Great service from the concierge. There are some building glitches but they promptly resolved. The flat is fantastic. It has all the facilities you would want. There is a great view for now, the area will be full of other sky rises soon.

I like the proximity to central London.
The area is a construction zone and unfortunately there is a fair bit of litter.

No, I did my research and knew everything before moving in.

A few glitches, but as I said they were promptly resolved.

Good overall impression. I like the design. The view is really cool. I love the bathroom, it’s really nice and big and I love the marble design. The gym is good, and there’s a trainer who comes three times a week.

The station is close by, Sainsburys across the road. Not alot of restaurants and the area is pretty quiet.

I can’t really think of anything off the top of my head.

In the beginning they were quite slow, but then they got better.

Love it. The place has got great views. There’s a cool roof garden on the 35th floor and another indoor garden on the 8th floor. It’s got am amazing gym. Finally, the building has a good concierge service.

The area is up and coming. It’s “central but not”.
There are a lot more sirens than in lincolnshire!

We did a lot of research and knew everything before moving in.

It’s a great building, with a modern design. I love the layout and it’s got a good size. Facilities are good, the gym is nice and the sky garden is so cool. I’ve just moved in and it’ so much better than my old flat.

The area has good transport links, a Sainsburys.
There’s not really anything I dislike.

Nothing really, I knew what I was paying for and I’m happy.
