Peabody association housing managers do not know their jobs and the meaning resident antisocial behaviour
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not attending to the property but sitting in the office and giving judgement. What qualifications have you got to determine a person not fit to raise children.

If i knew the neighbours down stairs i think are racist and that was why the person who moved out from my property did. I will never have taken their offer
