We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Upton Village is a Peabody development on Green Street, close to Upton Park tube station. Its Zone 3 location means residents can expect to reach Central London in 15 minutes. There are one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments on offer here, with a Help to Buy scheme in operation.

They do not carry out any investigation physically to your property but to listen to one or group tenant in the block of flat disturbing the life of children who are living in their homes. They are the worst landlord ever. Built your properties well so tenants don't hear each others

Very well built flats in a convenient location with decent transport links. Unfortunately, the management of the state is extremely poor. Antisocial behaviour out of control and nothing is done about it.

The building quality is good. This is highlighted by the fact the building is new. The local community is great. Access around the local area is easy. Transport links are good and it is in a very central area
