The street is mostly quiet with decent parking and reliable bin collections. It feels safe and well maintained overall.

All my enquiries have been responded so far. no issues

I didn’t fully realize how convenient and high-quality the amenities would be until I moved in.

The street is generally quiet and friendly, with minimal traffic noise. Never witnessed and anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and professional

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how convenient the in-house amenities would be having a fully equipped gym and an indoor swimming pool.

Lived here 4 years .. was a great decision The current team very helpful Callum is a regular who I would offer extra praise fpr his customer skills when we have issues

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we have had repairs for leaks fixed effectively

That i would make good friends rather than neighbours

Location is fantastic, cal is great as usual and always very helpful whenever there’s anything I need

Yes anytime I have any quieres, they always really quick

Nothing I didn’t have many thoughts before moving in but it’s been great

Living in this area has been an experience overall. There’s a great variety of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, offering both convenience and quality. The open spaces and nearby parks are well-maintained and perfect for relaxing or exercising. Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and nearby train and underground stations making commuting easy!

Everything was answered and dealt with efficiently

After I moved and researched everything was beyond my expectations!
