I've had a great experience living in West Tower. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is friendly and professional, especially Christos, the night concierge. He always greets residents with a smile and is incredibly helpful, making the place feel welcoming and secure.

The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are impressive. Transport links are very convenient!

Management has responded to all of my issues so far.

One thing I wish I had known before moving into West Tower is the level of activity in the surrounding area during weekends.

Living at West Tower so far has been a fantastic experience. The building is always clean, and the amenities feel like a 5 star hotel. The management team is friendly and responsive, Christos has been always supportive making sure any concerns are handled quickly.

Building overall is amazing, great facilities, lots of space in the apartment living room & kitchen with a nice open floor plan. Smaller rooms are a bit small especially when there are three young male professionals who are able to work from home and would like to fit a desk setup in the room. However, the building itself has unreal facilities - pool, sauna, tennis & basketball court and great work from home spaces.

Great overall area, close to some nice bars and restaurants, especially those along the canal. However, not the best location for supermarkets and local shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually very helpful and offer to solve the issues quick.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I believe after the three-year contract we sign the tenants have the right to increase rent by 10% even though throughout our three years rent can be increased by CPI + 1%. Although this adds some protection to rent increases within the third year I believe the 10% increase after 3 years would mean the protection disappears a bit.

Fantastic building with top-notch facilities! The gym and pool are modern and well-maintained, and the communal areas create a great sense of community. Building management is responsive and keeps everything running smoothly. Highly recommend living here!

Could not be better it has everything you could need! How great the design is and the facilities are. The management is great and great for dogs which I didn’t know before knowing about the property. Very secure place to live, security are great. Would recommend
