I absolutely love the design and facilities, I work from home most days and the residents lounge and the galley is as good as any office I’ve worked in. The interior design is just amazing, such a feel good environment.
The management team are just lovely so welcoming every morning and love to fuss my dog which is nice, I don’t know everyone’s name even though they remember mine which makes us feel nice, Lynsey from house keeping in West Tower is very lovely always smiling and happy to chat and fuss the dog and keeps those cushions in perfect alignment.. the fine details 👌🏼 All in all an amazing place to be and I don’t see myself moving anytime soon.

Perfect for shopping as the General Store is literally downstairs, 5 min walk to deansgate so everything is on my doorstep really including tram.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
None that I can think of. Everything is perfect for us.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Immediately repaired the washing machine and battery fobs on front door within 24 hours of asking.
Awful!!
Very badly designed, how can modern building be designed without any consideration for disabled persons. I was shocked when offices advised was no disabled parking bays. The office staff never ever respond. Never suffered such bad service.
The front of house is better than the back office.

Been advised by the office that there is no disabled parking provision for the development this is not acceptable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have adopted child who is disabled, and had assumed there would have been some disabled parking offered on site, but have been advised by the office that no disabled parking provision has been made at the development which is shocking to consider the development is very newly built, and surprised that building could be designed in such a manner.
Had I known I wouldn’t have let the flat.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It’s pointless raising any issues with the office staff as they will never respond. They have not informed me about my internet. The Tv antennas don’t work in the bedrooms and this has been reported for 5 days.
Started well, standards dropped as time went on.
A typical day might involve walking through puddles of dog piss to get into the building, stepping over more puddles in the lift to be greeted with an apartment that stinks of weed from a neighbour.
The windows were probably cleaned twice in 4 years and to a poor standard.
To add insult to injury, I moved out over two weeks ago and still haven’t recieved my deposit back from the management.
Citing a lack of staff resources as the reasons for delay is an appropriate response for the cost cutting nature of this management company.
As much as I enjoyed the early years of living here, I’m glad to be out as it’s in poor hands.
The exception to this is the front of house team who were consistently polite, friendly and helpful throughout my time here. The issue is with the management company.

I lived here with my wife for almost 4 years. We had a kid here and she spent the first year of her life there. I love the building and the space.
But the management are useless. Towards the end of my tenancy the building became more and more dilapidated and standards dropped everywhere.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the management company would be willing to let things slip so much.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mostly provided just excuses not answers to problems.

Best Place in Manchester
The buildings are stunning and always very well cleaned. The facilities are second to none and the residents all work to keep it clean. The management company are always incredibly helpful, particularly Karolina, who gave us our first viewing and supported us perfectly through to move in.

Living in Deansgate Square really is the pinnacle of urban living. The area is bursting with restaurants, cafés, shops, clubs and bars. The tram stop and the train station are just a stone’s throw away. Overall, it’s a very safe area, kept clean and with the bonus of being next to the gorgeous canals of Castlefield.

Love the development, and the level of HouseKeeping, especially for Lyndsey (West Tower).. always working tirelessly hard to ensure a clean tidy foyer.
The staff of the desk are always friendly and happy to help.
Lastly, the design and facilities are great.

Housekeeping West Tower Lindsay ❤️
Lived here for 3 years+. It’s super clean which is not easy to do. Lindsay in West Tower Housekeeping team is exceptional, so clean. Such a smiley face every time I get up and go to work, or when I come home. She’s a real asset to my experience here.

The conceirge Yousef is the best member of staff I have met
The management is very poor. They won’t let anyone move in & have raised prices to let people move out. They only want specific people in their buildings which is discriminatory. I took me so much time to get them to let me move in and whenever I emailed them I would get a late response. A lot of other friends have also struggled to get an apartment.

The conceirge Yousef is the best member of staff I have met. I know him now for a few years and since I moved in he has been the most helpful and professional. Its so nice to always see him at the desk and have a chat because he is so nice. He knows everything about the buildings and has helped me with ever issue I have, more than the management. I trust him the most out of all staff because he is very professional and honest. Such a good gentle men. He deserves being part of my review.
