Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in The Residences couldn’t be more convenient! There’s a general store downstairs, a tram stop 6 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in walking distance and not to mention the gorgeous facilities in The Residences! Honestly couldn’t ask for a better or more convenient location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues are resolved extremely quickly - usually in the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly nothing! We moved from South Africa, having never been to Manchester and we felt that we had all the information needed!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I chose to live in this area as it is close to the city and had a nice community feel. People living in this area are friendly and there is often events. I have a small dog and the small dog park is very handy and a great pace to socialise. I will be joining the community running group and very excited to meet new friends here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been great! Everything was explained in great detail

I wish I would of got more information on how to move in and out with large Items

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect for city centre living with excellent facilities, very close to all nearby transport In terms of transport links. There are a small number of restaurants, a coffee shop, a flower shop and a general store within the square and many more restaurants and bars a short walk away in the surrounding area. It has everything on the doorstep; trains to Manchester Airport and beyond, buses and trams right outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Property management team will regularly resolve any issues raised . In particular, Rasheed who recently responded to and sorted a last minute issue with our parking. He was very efficient and prompt in replying to emails - and in resolving our issue; excellent customer service.

Probably the only negative would be plans for prospective building work going on nearby

Amazing facilities and amenities through the facility. Lots of food options and the store is extremely handy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had afew issues but the team are so helpful and attended quickly

I wish I knew that the lifts broke often but it’s not end of world

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a great range of shops, restaurants and bars, all within a short walk, which makes daily life very easy. There are plenty of places to eat, from casual spots to nicer venues, and the open spaces around the city centre give you somewhere calm to step into when you want a break from the busy streets. Transport links are very convenient with trams, buses and trains close by, although it can get crowded during peak times. Living on the street feels safe and lively, with regular bin collections and well kept surroundings. Parking can be limited and traffic noise is noticeable at times, but overall the location is very practical and easy to live in. The concierges including Beth and Helen are wonderful!

n/a - not raised any. But when we have had issues, they've been fixed quick

I wish i had known about the free hot chocolate machine and that it's so windy
