Great selection of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and fantastic transport links. No issues experienced with parking availability. The only downside would be the noise but this is to be expected with living in the city. No anti-social behaviour experienced since moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues experienced, Lydia provided an email and contact number for any problems we may have.

Deansgate is a nice area, good transport links by train and tram, lots of construction around but my flat was not noisy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are easily accesible by email, less os by phone but matters get addressed within a couple days so overall, a professional team.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area is fine and so our the facilities. I wish there were more restaurants nearby.

Good location, easy to walk into the city centre. Close to amenities, local area can become busy of a weekend. Very close to tram and train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had several concerns when I moved in, after raising these they have begun to get resolved. Luna/Phoebe also supported with this and provided a helpful induction.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Furniture provided isn’t new, lack of parking for guests/visitors

Well located close to city centre and amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, very close to airport and tourist attractions in the North
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Need to be more responsive to noise / parties. Need to be more strict and have a check-in policy for visitors

Very low security in the building at night. Need more people.

Amazing love the location and all of the options that are available for food/drink/hangout spots. Always lots of people around making it feel very safe.

Nothing surprised me due to Phoebe and Lina being so thorough.
