The area has a good range of local shops, cafés and restaurants, with plenty of everyday amenities nearby. There are some nice green spaces for walking and relaxing, and transport links are generally convenient. The street is usually quiet, with regular bin collections, reasonable parking, and a friendly atmosphere overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been responsive and professional whenever I have raised a question or reported a minor issue. Communication has been clear throughout, updates have been provided where needed, and any maintenance requests have been dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. Overall, the team has been helpful and easy to deal with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient the location is for everyday living. There are plenty of shops, cafés and transport options within easy reach, which makes day-to-day life much easier. I'd also recommend taking some time to get familiar with the building's facilities and community information early on, as it helps you make the most of everything the development has to offer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love this location. We used to live up the other end of Manchester and we find this area much quieter, more social and a quicker walk to the Main Street. Couldn’t recommend more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are straight onto it with a smile. Beth and Anne Marie were so lovely on our move in day and any slight issues we had they were so helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had moved in sooner. It’s 100% worth the money.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's located just off the canal which is great for dog walks whilst being so central in the city. The local partner restaurants and general shop make it all so convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes responded to queries on parking, setting up direct debit and general get to know the building

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The move in process could be smoother (with a parking slot and making sure trolleys available for the move in)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s everything you would expect living in the centre of Manchester. Everything you could possibly need is within a few minutes walk or cycle. A good 5KM running route down the canal and a local coffee roaster were nice surprises.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - I have raised all issues through the online portal and the maintenance staff have been fantastic. There are still some open items but most have been resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I guess parking provision for visitors would be a good thing to know.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good- the staff are amazing especially Anne Marie who helped me move in. They are always smiling and willing to help you which makes living there so much better. The amenities are amazing with so many local restaurants and shops nearby with the deansgate tram stop and station nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been absolutely incredible and are willing to accept any request including apartment alterations.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i knew about all the shops nearby as that was something that was stressing me out a bit but now i know how much choice there is.
