Amazing facilities and amenities through the facility. Lots of food options and the store is extremely handy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had afew issues but the team are so helpful and attended quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the lifts broke often but it’s not end of world

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a great range of shops, restaurants and bars, all within a short walk, which makes daily life very easy. There are plenty of places to eat, from casual spots to nicer venues, and the open spaces around the city centre give you somewhere calm to step into when you want a break from the busy streets. Transport links are very convenient with trams, buses and trains close by, although it can get crowded during peak times. Living on the street feels safe and lively, with regular bin collections and well kept surroundings. Parking can be limited and traffic noise is noticeable at times, but overall the location is very practical and easy to live in. The concierges including Beth and Helen are wonderful!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

n/a - not raised any. But when we have had issues, they've been fixed quick

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known about the free hot chocolate machine and that it's so windy

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good shops, great location. Had issues with car breaking in across to west tower when visitors are parking but I know that’s now your fault but when it’s visitors there needs to be some sort of parking for residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always on time apart from when parcels are lost not great not enough staff so things get ‘slipped through the net’

How windy it is and the lifts breaking but I know that’s beyond control

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Residences is located in one of the most prime spaces the city centre has to offer. Shops are minutes if not seconds away, I can literally see the tram & train stops from my window and buses frequent the roads outside the front door often. Bin collections are more than enough, traffic noise is okay but it’s expected living here. Anti-social behaviour is to a minimum and not often seen.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No major issues, any minor issues I have are dealt with swiftly. Beth on front of house is an asset to the team and I regularly see grafting hard !

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Windows never cleaned, bin chutes regularly blocking and car park gates trying to cut your car in half ! Aside from that, the community is awesome, it’s safe, clean and concierge always smells nice haha.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good range of local shop, restaurants and open spaces. There is always plenty to do. However the Noise in the surrounding areas due to the building works isn’t great and can be a let down.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Beth from the front of house team is brilliant. Always cheerful and happy to have a chat. She’s an asset to the team.

Unable to view flat before agreeing to go ahead. The windows are never cleaned and the building could do with a refurbished as it is looking a bit tired.
