Ed was really good throughout the process. He was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any questions we had. He kept us informed at every stage, responded promptly, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has generally been quick to respond whenever we have raised issues. They have been approachable, professional, and have kept us informed throughout the process. While the response time has been good, there have occasionally been delays in resolving matters due to finance or approval processes. Overall, the team has been helpful and has worked to address concerns as efficiently as possible.

The building is well managed, but some maintenance and finance-related processes can take longer than expected.

The property offers a truly pleasant experience from the moment you step inside, with a warm welcome that sets the tone for your visit. The design of the building is both modern and inviting, with clean lines, thoughtful layouts, and tasteful décor that create a comfortable atmosphere. Facilities are well-maintained and arranged to provide ease and convenience, leaving little to be desired. Local shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces are within easy reach, offering a good variety and quality that makes day-to-day living enjoyable. Transport links are generally convenient, though occasional delays or busy periods can occur. Living on the street is comfortable, with adequate parking, regular bin collections, and minimal traffic noise or anti-social behaviour, contributing to a peaceful environment. Building management is attentive and professional, ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard, and property management responds promptly to any issues. Altogether, the blend of modern design, convenient facilities, and well-managed surroundings creates a positive and reassuring living experience.

The building management has generally been responsive, addressing most issues I’ve raised in a timely manner, though occasionally follow-ups are needed to ensure resolutions are fully implemented.

It was good.city tax is quite high. There are too many apps

I’ve just moved into the property and I have never felt happier. The location is really central and close to everything. The parking is easily accessible and feels very safe!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

i haven’t had any issues so I cannot answer this question.

Nothing, everything was very clear! Made the move in process very easy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s quit convenient, it’s close to public transport, close to the shops and relatively safe. Have had a few bad incidents with males being over friendly, the restaurant outside has a very loud high pitched whistling sound every night which gives me a migraine but otherwise quite good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a building wide electricity cut and they got the issue fixed quite quickly. The compensation was a little short for the inconvenience caused but they managed to cover a good portion.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we knew all these facilities existed we would’ve gotten a three year contract from the get go instead of a two year one!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Recently moved into Deansgate Towers and I find it a lovely place to live. The development is well cared for and the buildings are clean and tidy. It’s super close for transport links and the city centre. There are restaurants and shops on site. The florist is amazing and super helpful. The building is quiet and has a great vibe I’ve not noticed any anti social behaviour or excessive noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I raised my issue using the section on the portal for maintenance requests. This was super easy and quick. The response was quick too and they resolved one issue just waiting for a follow up.

Nothing really I’m happy with everything. It’s just what I expected .
