Everything looks good in my opinion, except for the traffic noise at night, which tends to be loud and disruptive, especially during late hours when it's difficult to sleep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All my issues were thoroughly addressed, including technical glitches, usability concerns, and specific feature requests, ensuring a comprehensive resolution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise emanating from the adjacent bedroom in the two-bedroom flat can often be heard clearly. Since the rooms are positioned side-by-side with shared walls, any sounds such as footsteps, conversations, or moving in bed in one room are audible from the other.

We also appreciate your constructive suggestions regarding increased cleaning around the square, expanding the co-working area, and improving the functionality of the downstairs space, as these ideas help us enhance the experience for all residents. We appreciate your comments about noise from the Curling Club, traffic at night, and shared walls in the two-bedroom flat. Please reach out to us in reference to the traffic noises as we can ask a contractor to visit to check the window seals are working as they should. With reference to noisy neighbours, please continue to report these occurrences so our onsite team can take immediate action where needed. We are working with commercial spaces and ensuring we communicate any feedback as soon as it’s received. We understand how important a peaceful environment is and will continue to explore ways to mitigate these disturbances. Transport links really good …. The streets are good living them on them…. Great location close and convenient to everything .. don’t see anti social behaviour, local restaurants good also …

Good and efficient…Anything we have asked to be done they have came to do …

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I want there to be an hour for just woman pool !!!! Wish this was an option it would be so beneficial for the woman and men here … to make feel comfortable

Very central location, close to popular bars/ restaurants etc. Convenient as tram and train stop close by

Had some issues with washing machine and oven, both have been resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing about the building/ location but I didn’t realise when I booked my parking spot that this would increase halfway through the contract.

Perfect - it’s fantastic just what we live here for! Parking is great we have our own spot in the parking lot downstairs

Had problems however they have been sorted asap by maintenance

Nothing it’s all great! The monthly payments for the car parks have gone up but that’s it

The local area is very convenient, with a good range of shops, cafés, restaurants and gyms within walking distance. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around the city and commute when needed. Open spaces are nearby for walks and fresh air. The street itself is generally quiet for a city location, with occasional traffic noise at busier times. Bin collections are reliable and parking can be limited, but manageable if planned around. Overall, it is a practical and well connected place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded in a timely and organised way when issues have been raised. Communication is clear, and problems are acknowledged and resolved without excessive follow up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is worth planning ahead for parking and peak time noise, as this is a busy city area. Other than that, the convenience and location easily outweigh any small adjustments needed when first moving in.
