Unreal was perfect and dealt with it all so well any isuses

Nothing bad at all was all absolutely perfect everybting

Excellent shops, superb bars and cafes on site, grocery's we got I covered. Tram and bus just a stones throw away. Fantastic, comfortable, world class establishment Living here is extremely luxurious, spacious, calm but busy. Ideal place to be if you know... Parking downstairs, pool, disabled access, perfection guaranteed. I'm so pleased I chose Manny as my new home

I've never had any problems........................

I wish they had been built 30 years ago ha........

It’s absolutely brilliant and the fact that everything you could possibly need is within walking distance is even better

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any as of right now

Nothing in all honesty, all was good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a good range of local shops, cafés and restaurants, with plenty of everyday amenities nearby. There are some nice green spaces for walking and relaxing, and transport links are generally convenient. The street is usually quiet, with regular bin collections, reasonable parking, and a friendly atmosphere overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been responsive and professional whenever I have raised a question or reported a minor issue. Communication has been clear throughout, updates have been provided where needed, and any maintenance requests have been dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. Overall, the team has been helpful and easy to deal with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient the location is for everyday living. There are plenty of shops, cafés and transport options within easy reach, which makes day-to-day life much easier. I'd also recommend taking some time to get familiar with the building's facilities and community information early on, as it helps you make the most of everything the development has to offer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love this location. We used to live up the other end of Manchester and we find this area much quieter, more social and a quicker walk to the Main Street. Couldn’t recommend more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are straight onto it with a smile. Beth and Anne Marie were so lovely on our move in day and any slight issues we had they were so helpful.

We wish we had moved in sooner. It’s 100% worth the money.
