Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a generally positive experience. The range of local shops and amenities is good, with plenty of convenient options nearby for everyday needs. There are also decent restaurants and bars, offering a nice variety without needing to travel far. Open spaces are available and well-kept, which is great for walks and relaxation. Transport links are fairly reliable and make it easy to get around, although there can occasionally be minor delays. On my street, things are well managed overall , bin collections are consistent and there are no major issues. Noise levels are reasonable and while there is some traffic, it’s not overly disruptive. Parking can sometimes be a bit tight, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a good place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a couple of minor issues and these have been sorted almost immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Could do with better blinds , the daylight comes through into the bedrooms , maybe have curtains fitted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a great mix of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making day-to-day living very convenient. Transport links are excellent with easy access to buses and nearby stations, which makes commuting simple. The street itself is generally quiet and well kept, with regular bin collections and decent parking availability. Overall, it feels safe and well connected, with minimal noise or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick to fix any issues I have with anything in the apartment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the gym charges £25 per extra person to use the facilities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The General Store is by far the best supermarket in the area and easily the place I visit most often within the development. The location is also fantastic, with a great selection of restaurants and cafés nearby. Access to Deansgate station and the trams is excellent too-both are just a 3-minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we raised problem with our oven, it was fixed very quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One small thing to be aware of is that the parking area can get fairly busy in the evenings. It’s not a major inconvenience, but it’s good to keep in mind when guests are visiting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the stores around us, i just hate kouba so much. it makes our space look so cheap, there's always people gathered around in kouba outside at 12am and it's just ruins everything peaceful around the deansgate towers, and their food isn't even that good. another thing i also hate is west tower lobby's, there's so many guys at around 10am and after who gather in our building who don't even live here, they used to do the same in south tower before rules were set place. they're always in big groups and it's annoying cuz it's only one of their friends who live here and they choose to join their friends and make the place a mess tbf.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they respond very quickly but the wifi is very slow and some days it just stops being available which is a big downside to living here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

that there was gonna be very slow wifi, and that the water runs cold after a few minutes of showering
