We appreciate your comments about noise from the Curling Club, traffic at night, and shared walls in the two-bedroom flat. Please reach out to us in reference to the traffic noises as we can ask a contractor to visit to check the window seals are working as they should. With reference to noisy neighbours, please continue to report these occurrences so our onsite team can take immediate action where needed. We are working with commercial spaces and ensuring we communicate any feedback as soon as it’s received. We understand how important a peaceful environment is and will continue to explore ways to mitigate these disturbances. It’s a very valuable piece of feedback and we understand how this could help many residents feel more comfortable and supported.
