Great location close to cafes shops restaurants bars all within walkable distance. Living on street so far feels ok although I do keep hearing a resident male screaming every night between 10-2am ?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been picked up by the property management and currently being resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Virgin media set up as took over a week which has caused some difficulties as WFH. We have also been on the car park waiting list for months before moving in which can feel like a slow process.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a great range of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, all within easy walking distance. Transport links are excellent, with convenient access to buses and trains, making it easy to get around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently - super helpful with all queries

None - I feel that everything was covered beforehand

We are really enjoying it - it feels like living in a homely hotel The staff are great couldn’t do enough for you Beth is a star + Lindsay & all of the team are extremely helpful & welcoming

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems whatsoever apart from a slight delay on wifi but no issues

Nothing at all really everything feels as I had expected

My local area has friendly neighbors, clean parks, and many shops and cafés nearby. It’s easy to get around, and there’s a strong sense of community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive. Whenever I’ve raised an issue, they address it promptly and keep me informed throughout the process. Ali is also helpful; he assists us every time.

One really good thing I wish I had known before moving in is the power of natural light in a space. Even a small apartment can feel huge, warm, and welcoming if it gets plenty of sunlight. It affects mood, energy, and even how clean and spacious your place feels.

The local area is very convenient with plenty of nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants. Public transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station. The streets are clean and safe, and there’s a good sense of community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been professional and responsive. Any issues I reported, such as maintenance requests or parcel handling, were resolved promptly.
