The local area is very convenient with plenty of nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants. Public transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and a nearby train station. The streets are clean and safe, and there’s a good sense of community.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been professional and responsive. Any issues I reported, such as maintenance requests or parcel handling, were resolved promptly.

Beth & Helena are incredible The ladies are super efficient and so accommodating and informative They’re a large part of the reason we’re still here

Foh fantastic Management don’t know what they’re doing since Daniela left
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Management slap you with fines for rubbish in bin shoot in corridor (use to be ok) and when asked why they said updated policy (which they could never prove we received. As we didn’t). Also, numerous times they’ve turned fobs off without authorisation as a “mistake” conveniently around the time we’d raised concerns and complaints with management

The local area is generally quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors and a good sense of community. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and supermarkets within walking distance, and public transport is reliable, making it easy to get around. The area also has some nice parks and green spaces, which are great for relaxing or going on walks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised an issue. Maintenance requests are usually handled within a reasonable time, and communication is clear and professional. I’d also like to give special recognition to Ali, the night concierge, who does an outstanding job. He’s always friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any problems that come up late at night. His professionalism and dedication really make a difference to the overall experience of living here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, I wish I had known that parking can sometimes be limited, especially during peak hours. It would also have been helpful to know about occasional noise from nearby roads or construction. Having this information in advance would have helped set expectations and plan accordingly.

Having everything on your doorstep all the bars restaurants transport is so easy. All the cafes supermarkets and restraints is really ideal being part of the towers.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not had an problems to report yet to building management

Be as quick as you can when putting a deposit down on a flat you want. High demand.

My local area is friendly and has a strong sense of community. Neighbors often know each other, which makes it feel safe and welcoming.There are useful facilities nearby, such as shops, schools, and healthcare centers, so daily needs are easy to take care of.Public transport is available, which makes commuting more convenient
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any problems I have raised. They handle issues in a professional manner and provide clear communication throughout the process. I also want to highlight Ali, who is the best concierge. He is always friendly, attentive, and goes out of his way to help residents, which makes living here much more enjoyable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the parking area can get during peak hours. It would have helped to plan better for visitors and extra vehicles,
