We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The design on the building is OK, but not great. Some of the blocks have direct access up to the roof terrace (the roof terrace is great, especially in the summer!), but some of the blocks like mine do not have access so you have to exit the building and go up via the car park at the back which is a bit of a pain. There is a car park but not all flats have a space, plus the double parking system sometimes breaks so if you have an underground space you could have your car stuck. The flat itself is great, although mine does not have a balcony when I think 80% of the others do! The management company is a bit better now that a new company has taken over, however it can be tough getting things fixed as they take a while. They need a new bike storage because many bikes have been stolen from the block. They do keep the common areas clean.

When I first moved in the kitchen came equipped with a microwave, oven and fridge which was great, I didn’t need to purchase any of those. The apartment it’s self is lovely, and we have our own car park which is nice since the parking outside is very difficult. Overall I enjoy it here. Most people in the building are professionals so it’s maintained pretty well too.

The apartment is really spacious but I wouldn’t say it’s well maintained at all, for example In the common room downstairs, the carpet gets really dirty when there’s a lot of traffic and it really should be floor slabs instead.

My flat is modern and spacious and I have no issues with it, however the overall building management is terrible, they take ages to get back to you and there are some building design faults like no lift to the terrace. The terrace was once decent but now everything has been removed, there isn't even a bench. Hopefully they improve it.

I would say that the build quality is very good. The property is also good value of money. However the Building management is not very good as when they handle situations, they sometimes have an aggressive attitude.
