Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Battersea is a lovely area, great restaurants and local amenities. There is a market in Battersea every Saturday where you can get fresh fruit and veg. The Woodman is a great pub, really good Sunday Roast. If you want a cheaper drink then you head to the Asparagus. Some nice restaurants such as Bangkok Thai, and some really good brunch/breakfast places too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have been very slow to respond at times. There is a recurring issue with the car parking stacker which has taken a long time to fix.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure you get all the info you can from the previous tenant regarding the heating/air systems etc. as it is all very complicated and took us months to work out. Lots of neighbours are just tenants who also don't know much about the over complicated systems.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The people around here are lovely and its relatively a safe area. It’s a little far from the tube station but I bike to work anyway.

Nothing really, I done a lot of reasearch

What is the best feature of your home:

The balcony, it’s really nice and spacious, it goes across my living and bed room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is really good but it takes a really long time for repairs to fix something.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s a main issue with heating. It’s meant to be economical but it’s not because the system was installed incorrectly, so many contracters have come to fix it but now the bills are just too high for it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of nice cafes and restaurants and pubs nearby and Battersea Park is really close. Not great late at night though towards the estate, it can be rough.

No tube but it's close to Clapham Junction and the buses are good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I wish there was a lift to the terrace, that's a major design fault.

Positives: Lots of parks Near River Friendly Close to transport links Negatives: Some Industrial parts

I would say there is good privacy Service charge is not too high
