The accommodation is located in a great area, its proximity to a variety of stores means everything you could possibly need is within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management/Maintenance is also always on hand to handle any requests throughout your stay without delay, and I have yet to stay at an accommodation that have responded to any requests as quickly as at The Quarters.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware the building had direct access to Yamatora restaurant next door, but was unaware the restaurant had an additional station to dine further within The Quarters itself that is beautifully decorated for summer. It was a lovely surprise to see.

The building couldn’t be in a better location. Across the street is Finchley Road station, grocery stores, great coffee shops, a short walk to the overground and close by Primrose Hill.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management is super quick to respond to any questions I have and fixes any issues quickly. Selna, the building manager is so incredibly kind and is always happy to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I definitely would recommend The Quarters Swiss Cottages! Whether you’re looking for a short or long term rental, everyone is so welcoming and you’ll feel right at home.

Living in the Quarter has been a great experience overall. There’s a wide range of local shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, many within walking distance. The quality is generally good, with both high-street chains and smaller independent options. There are also nice open spaces like Hampstead Heath and Regent’s Park a short bus or tube ride away. Transport links are excellent, Finchley Road station and several bus routes make it easy to get around London. Trains are frequent and reliable, though it can get crowded during rush hour. The street itself is busy but safe, and noise levels are manageable even though it’s on a main road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues I raised. They were easy to contact, took concerns seriously, and resolved problems efficiently. Their support made living in the building smooth and stress free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Actually, I was very picky before choosing the Quarter Swiss Cottage and made sure to discuss all the details and services in advance. Because of that, there were no surprises after moving in. Everything was just as expected, which I really appreciated. My tip: ask all your questions upfront, the team is very open and helpful.

This area is very well connected with an underground and overground station close by. Even though it’s on the main road, it’s mostly very quiet and the local amenities are great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Selna and the team have always responded to requests promptly and rectified them smoothly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Picking a room based on where your view is helps with identifying where the most quiet areas are.

I absolutely loved the location, about 15 to 20 mins to central London . There are also many cafes nearby, so you can always get your morning coffee! Although it is located by the main road, I cannot hear any traffic from my apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I need any clarification, Selna has always responded to my WhatsApp messages promptly and provided solutions to my issues. She also has such positive energy whenever I speak to her in person.

There is nothing that I wish I had known before moving in.
