The location is great and it’s close to the station and supermarket. Only there is no parking space.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were always professional and quick to solve the problems such as the light bulbs
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I realised later on that laundry room is shared with other tenants and there is no parking space

Very very accessible and convenient for me given I have an office in London and travel the world extensively

Very efficient and professional through the whatsapp chats and a quick chat.

Good quiet rooms from A404 and balcony as well as car parking.

Really handy area to live in. The Tube is super close, so getting into central London is easy, and Stansted is pretty easy to reach too. There are loads of shops, cafés, a cinema and a gym nearby. Finchley Road can be a bit noisy, but overall it’s a great spot.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and without a fuss, they're available and responsive

Nothing comes to mind, their adds in the internet are comprehensive

The area benefits from a good range of local shops, cafés and everyday amenities within walking distance. Transport links are very convenient, with good access to public transport options. Services are frequent and reliable, and there are multiple routes available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has responded well to any problems I’ve raised. They are generally quick to reply, easy to deal with, and clear in their communication. Issues are usually resolved in a timely manner. Overall, the team is approachable, helpful, and makes the process straightforward, which is reassuring as a resident.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Air conditioning is centralised and cannot be controlled directly from the apartment. While it works fine overall, having individual control would have been useful, especially during warmer periods.

The proximity of the tube, supermarket and even a nice walk to Hampstead make the property a great location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues (there were hardly any) were responded to super quickly- I never had to follow up. Selna, Saranaa and Mitch were a great team and always super friendly and helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Had I realised how long I was staying I’d have bought my own WiFi tower rather than renewing the building provider service every month.
