Being so close to the Overground and just a short walk to the Tube makes getting into central London incredibly convenient, and Kilburn High Road really does have its own unique character. I'm sorry to hear that the sound isolation between units and corridors didn't meet your expectations, and that you could hear activity in the hallway. We understand how important a quiet, peaceful environment is, especially for rest and relaxation. Similarly, regarding occasional odors in the corridor, we take these concerns seriously and ventilation/maintenance checks are something we can look into more proactively. It's great to hear that you found the building management responsive and helpful when you raised issues, that's something we always strive for. We're also pleased you enjoyed the vibrant location with plenty of shops, restaurants, activities, and easy metro access; it's one of the key strengths of the area. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we'll definitely keep working on enhancing the acoustic comfort and corridor air quality where possible (including better ventilation practices).
