There's a beautiful van gogh walk which is great for my kids. Kennington park is also close by. Food markets are great for fresh produce and lots of independent food shops and restaurants around for me and my family.

Love the flat has 24h security. I have employees and clients come to the printworks to use the available shared workspace. This service is great snd their safety is vital. All very quiet, can't hear the main road at all. All nice and new, so minimal repairs required.

It feels really clean and warm inside the apartment. issue's that we have such as electrics and lights took a long time to fix.. My place is furnished was modern and clean but all the good restaurats are far away.

Flat could be bigger, but it is very well designed. Studio is well thought out, where kitchen and bedroom areas are very well separated. Conceige is great. Maintenance is great too, very hard working who try to fix problems as quick as possible. Once had some come round very late to fix an urgent problem.
