Amazing transport links, stockwell and Northern line. Bus routes in vauxhall.

How close it was to clapham and Brixton.

Very well connected, can get to most places very quickly. I wouldn't walk alone at night in the area, but not so used to London at the moment.

No suprises really, I'm in the industry so know what to expect.

I dislike that there is no high street near by and not many places to buy food. gym is nearby and feels safe. Also quiet parks around.

There was barely any appliances with the property.

Quiet considering how close it is to central. Good services nearby including the tesco express and coffee shop in the same building. Cyclists along the main road can make it very difficult and dangerous to cross the main road, particularly in the morning...

The estate over the road is apparently very dangerous, but I haven't seen or heard aby trouble at all! Tenacy allow airbnb... which means some guests don't treat the development as well, but nothing too bad really.
