Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the building is amazing and close to everywhere specially the university and the train station and the city center The bad thing about the building is lack of parking spaces to fulfill the needs of all the tenants and the waiting list is long.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are amazing and lucky to have them as they are very polite and treat us as part of the family

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is not enough parkings in the building to accommodate the full needs of the tenants

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to Guildford Train Station and the Town Centre which has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely walking trails to explore nearby. No parking for visitors at the development or on the street. Noise can be heard from the trains but it is not as intrusive as I thought it would be.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not experienced any problems or issues that I have had to report.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise from the trains is not as intrusive as I thought it would be.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros: It is close to train station which makes it easy to get to London. Cons: Dust from trains, cannot open window due to the noise, also, I have to get additional window coverings to be able to sleep from 24/7 lights from station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The problems are log but the time frame to get issues are problems rectified and and lengthy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of dust that comes off the trains passing by, you will forever be dusting. And if you in the side of the station, there is a good amount of light pollution.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A very convenient location, only a short walk from Guildford train station and a 10-minute walk to the High Street. Situated in a central location yet on a peaceful street, it’s an ideal choice for regular train users and perfect for hosting family and friends visiting from abroad, as London is easily accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management usually respond via email to schedule a time to send someone to have a look and fix the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Reception that receives orders during normal working hours, and very helpful staff.

I like the building that I live in

May 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like living in Guildford because there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and things to do. The transport is very good as trains go into central London in a short space of time. I like the location of the building as it is very close to the train station as well as the centre of town. There was noise from the trains, but this is just something that I got used to, although a little bit annoying. There was no antisocial behaviour and I felt safe in the location. I think Guildford is a really nice area and it is also a nice size.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management were very good, and when I had queries about receiving parcels and deliveries, whilst I was not at home, they were very helpful and clear. When I asked about buying additional furniture and kitchen equipment, they were very clear in what was and wasn’t allowed, and I appreciated their informative nature.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the local area when I moved in, for instance, if there was a map or some information about things to do in the centre. This wouldn’t have been essential, but could have been helpful, especially as I was new to the area and found it quite overwhelming. Alternatively, a group chat with other tenants in my building would have been nice to make new friends and connections.
