Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is virtually no noise at the estate . We border a Common , and our street is only a local road to access. There is roadside parking and some allocated parking in the estate. Primary school is a 5 min walk with no major roads. Fhwre is a shop on the estate . Almost no antisocial issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response was always slow , ogmften blaming other parties, I.e. contractors and not the estate owners. We have had our local council and MP involved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A bit far to the underground. Service charges are a scam

What is the best feature of your home:

Quiet, away from high street. Parking. Green spaces.

Despite having space for 3 commercial units only one is in use. it's a convenience store where the focus is mainly on Eastern European food/brands and the price point is prohibitively high. I rarely find what I need and often choose to shop elsewhere, further away. There are no local restaurants, bars or shops. The nearest bus stop is more than 5 minutes away and only runs 4 times an hour. The local area is full of litter. Despite there being CCTV there have been frequent bike thefts.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That NHG feels it is OK to raise the service charges as they see fit, without the leasholders' input. 50% per year is not tenable and I will end up with a property that I cannot afford, and that no one wants to buy.

What is the best feature of your home:

I am off the renting market which means that it is my home until I choose to leave.

The location is beautiful and it's very peaceful. Neighbours have been lovely so far and and the buildings are kept incredibly clean. On the bad side, the commuting connections are a little scarce. Delays and cancellations happen often.

What assets the apartment have (washing machine, dishwasher). It wasn't clear before moving

What is the best feature of your home:

Balcony. Build-in amenities like the dishwasher and washing machine

Good aspect I live in area all my life great area Bad aspect can be anti social behaviour come and gos

Lifts not working which I was advise Contractors builders went bust did not help with a lot of problems to rectify for residents / tenants

Being an owner of property lovley location to live in

Built into common land which is pleasant plenty of schools around too. Town centre not so nice, good transport links

No, just fobbed off, pm changes so regularly it’s impossible to keep trackp

The poor management and overcharging of nottinghill

What is the best feature of your home:

Balcony over common. Nice to sit out in summer and think what a good place it could be
