Space and storage might be it but it’s all falling apart

Having lived here for nearly 2 years, I see more and more issues cropping up, mainly due to poor management. Since leaving my review 6 months ago, the parking enforcement company has changed, but the issues of nuisance parking have remained. This is due to the underlying issues not having been addressed and the promised fixes have not been implemented. Further, the communal storage room has been decommissioned due to fire risks despite a large investment having been made a few years ago to raise the fire safety. I expect further issues to arise as time goes on. The good thing is being close to nature with the massive nature reserve on ones doorstep.

That standards keep falling while service charges keep rising. In the future, I will always ask to speak to the local residents association.

What is the best feature of your home:

That it's mine and I'm finally off the renting market. Nice and quite surroundings.

Good- location close to town centre and decent bus links Bad- not enough parking spaces and loud noise from children

Parking can be a hassle if not holding a parking space and bringing visitors can be frustrating if no parking is available.

Large open area kitchen and amazing views from all windows

The parking situation is not good. The recently installed carpets in our communal areas seem to be of poor quality, as they soil quickly and are difficult to maintain. There is always an issue with heating and hot water

It has got great space, the rooms are really spacious

It is local to Mitcham town and transport the only bad thing is parking on the estate it is local to bus routes and trams

Just parking and Should be a map to show blocks

What is the best feature of your home:

There should be a map at the entrance so delivery people can find the blocks easily
