It is local to Mitcham town and transport the only bad thing is parking on the estate it is local to bus routes and trams

There should be a map at the entrance so delivery people can find the blocks easily

Poor experience with the managing company since we bought the property in 2013. Several leaks in the property, issues with jeating and hot water,poor parking managemwnt and crime deterance. Poorly managed retail units (no shops for the first 12 years)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Depending on the issue, we receive too much contact on small issues and jot enough engagement on serious complicated matters.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bad transport links so far and in the sale leaflet there was an advert that showed possible bus stop. Never happened.
What is the best feature of your home:
Parking space allocated to us j the undercroft parking.

A convenience store has recently opened in the development. There are no other shops/cafes/restaurants/bars within a reasonable distance. The convenience store is overpriced and carries a stock that is lacking in many ways. The nearest train station and tram station is 20 minutes away and the buses runs infrequently. The company enforcing the parking is not present enough and nuisance parking is an issue every day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The massive increase in service charge which prevents me from feeling secure for the future.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best part of my flat is what nature provides around the development.

No Camera contrilled car park are the biggest concerns., access to shops and transport link is goodd

Sky rocketing service charges its gone to 200% uplift since i moved in

I am in 3rd floor so very nice in summer with air crossings

NHG is the worst part about this development. VERY poorly managed, terrible company. I would not recommend to anyone.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They haven’t, only when threaten with legal action

How terrible NHG are and how much hassle they are.

Close to the common… the access could be better however.
