Great apartment, really enjoy the layout out of my apartment! We love the events that take place so good!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficient, all tickets raised are handled so fast!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, the viewing process was very informative and helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is brilliant - it is super close to all major supermarket chains including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Coop and a huge Lidl. Fountainpark is also next door, giving access to many restaurants and entertainment spaces like the cinema. We're really close to the Haymarket train & tram stations as well so we are well-connected to all areas in the city. However, all the main city areas like Old town, West End, and Stockbridge aren't a long walk away too. I love that the location is close to the canal and the meadows too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have required support, someone has been on-hand to support and help out. No complaints at all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the construction happening around Moda as it can get quite noisy in the mornings. Moreover, I wish I had known that my studio was courtyard facing. Residents walk their dogs in this area and it can get very noisy, sometimes at odd hours too. Good thing however, was that my studio layout is lovely and utilises space very well. Although I was already sold on staying at Moda after my initial viewing, this would have excited me even more.

Edinburgh is such a great city theres always some sort of festival or celebration - a great vibe all year round

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

all the guys are great and if there are any questions you always have somewhere to go

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i cant think of anything esle that you would need to know

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

despite it being a busy area i didnt get disturbed by much traffic or road noise - there are construction nearby though

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

there was no issues raised but sure would be good if i had

a tip I would give is to get a flat on high floor if possible

I was a really keen walker so love that everything was so close and the canal was great for running!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

didnt have any issues but always someone around if need anything

canal is near here and great for a walk or run rather than going on streets
