Problems with address promptly maintenance was always ready to start problems rising out

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fountainbridge is a great place to live in the city! You can easily walk to the main shopping centres in Edinburgh, as well as to smaller neighbourhoods and large parks. There are lots of restaurants, pubs and small supermarkets in the area, and a really good bus service.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every query is directed appropriately to the concierge, the leasing team or the maintenance team, and so far they have always been dealt with well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Moda Marketplace on the App is great for buying / selling / giving things away - ideal for new residents who need things as well as for people moving out. We only wish there was a map of where the various buildings and facilities are located as it’s all a bit confusing at first!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am quite new to this area so still finding my feet. The area looks very nice and there are plenty of coffee shops and you are only a few minutes walk for a bus or to the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Greg has been great, he sees me coming and nearly has a trolley ready to go lol.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I am concerned about is that one evening i was putting a wee Pot Plant stand together and it was a little after 6pm, and my neighbour started banging on the wall, I went out to approach them to advise what I was doing and that I would be as quick as I could but they did not answer. Can I ask is it okay to put little things like that together once it is before 10pm?

I hadn't realised how close it is to the canal. Love going for walks along there with my wee dog, Sossij.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here has been really convenient—there’s a well-stocked supermarket just 5-minute walk away, plus a few cozy cafes and a casual restaurant nearby that serve tasty, affordable meals. The open space nearby (a small park) is perfect for quick walks. Transport links are solid: a bus stop 2 minutes from the flat connects to the city center in 15 minutes, though peak-hour buses can get a bit crowded. My street is quiet with no anti-social behaviour; bin collections are regular and on-time. Traffic noise is barely noticeable, making it a peaceful spot to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been quite responsive. Whenever I've raised an issue, they've quickly dispatched maintenance staff. The team listens attentively, provides clear updates on the progress of resolving the problem, and ensures the issue is fully fixed. Their follow - up after the repair to check if everything is okay shows their commitment to maintaining a comfortable living environment. This kind of efficient and caring response makes living here much more pleasant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think everything is great, I have know almost all the tips.
