Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great, nice community to live in, with scotmid in 2 minutes’ walk and sainsbury’s in 5 minutes walk. There’s also an oriental supermarket nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had some issues with electricity and the maintenance team sent Darren Berry to help rapidly, and he easily fixed the issue. He was very kind and offered valuable advice

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did know enough before moving in, the team offered a lot of information and helped setting up direct debit etc.

Location is grate all in walking distances. Parking is available all around with The McEwan offering in house parking as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I could not connect the apartment TV to the internet and Darren the in house technician came and immediately in a very friendly manner fixed it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The reservation is a process and it is better to start early to allow enough time to complete it.

Some convenient shops near by and easy to get access to the cinema. There's a very close bus stop, which is fantastic

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance and reception team is good Not the reservation team, They never replyvthe email.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The price is changing, which is not fair to loyalty member

Great location - nearby transportation (bus, tram & train). Easy walking distance to just about everything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Thanks to Darren Berry, maintenance staffer. From the time we moved into our apartment, our oven didn't work properly - it kept shutting off automatically. We contacted Darren and his persistence in having the problem fixed (with the help of a registered electrician) gave us the oven we needed to enjoy something other than microwaved food. Thanks, Darren, for your determination in getting this issue sorted. And, thank you, The McEwan, for giving Darren the resources he needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

In a world of automation and technological distancing, talking with staff in person instead of working through an app can be more productive in getting issues addressed.

Very excellent experience, not regretting staying there at all. Near to the University of Edinburgh where I study. Peaceful and quiet if you are like me who like to work from home. Very developed facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick and practical in their approach. Darren ,the maintenance guy, was very professional, friendly and efficient in his work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I had know about the building earlier.
