Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is absolutely brilliant for transport! A bit quiet around for now as shops etc not opened yet but will be fantastic once all the shops and restaurants are opened!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every issue we’ve had has been attended within minutes of reporting.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Shops and restaurants around building will only open in a few months. For now the couple shops/restaurants available nearby close pretty early but a large tesco is open till midnight is only a 5min walk away!

No shops open in the close vicinity - still under construction. 5-10 mins walk to station which is the only good thing about this location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No response , or vague response with nothing getting fixed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Never trust the sales people ! They talk to you as if it’s so obvious everything will be smooth but it’s the complete opposite. Complete lack of ethics.
