Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is fine. A lot of eating places, a lot of supermarkets. Great communications to Central London, Clapham Junction, Shepherd's Bush etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They don't seem to be interested. As a matter of principle.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Heating. It's a brand new flat and I'm freezing in the winter.
