Good design with concierge and bike store, good concierge service and good quality building work. Responsive and polite staff. The views from the higher floors are really good and sound insulation is good too for being so close to the station you cannot hear the trains

Very close to northcote road, clapham common and wandsworth common

Delay to completion would have meant we would have looked elsewhere

It took longer to complete than expected and we needed temp accommodation

Nice building next to the station

It's a nice building with a really nice view, especially on the top floors. The rooms are a good side, the wardrobes too. The kitchen is really nice although the bathrooms could have a better design. Also, a bit larger storage would be better. The most annoying thing is the quality of the paintings on the walls as it leaves easily very big marks if accidentally you touch it.

It's close to the station and it has many local shops

Yes, they have responded very quickly to all of our queries and they were always very friendly

That the water is high in salt and leaves marks on my kitchen stuff. Also, the bad quality of the painting on the wall which leaves easily marks

Overall, the development is well designed. Only the bathrooms could have had a better design. Kitchen facilities could have also had better functionality. The concierge has been very helpful. The building offers amazing views, especially on the top floors.

The development is next to the main train station and very close to all local amenities, shops and restaurants. Flats on the top floors have amazing views.

There isn’t anything in particular. Potentially, the fact that the tap water is too salty

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would change walls as they are very sensitive. Marks can be left very easily on them. Also, i would have a better design with respect to kitchen’s functionality

Great high quality flat with amazing views right next to one of London’s best connected transport hubs.

The property is very high quality / spec, and the aftercare has been great in terms of addressing snags. The front of house staff are so friendly and helpful too. Haven’t been able to use the communal areas yet but excited to do so! Disappointingly the in-building recycling is not up and running yet, but hopefully this will be addressed shortly.

Right next to Clapham Junction train station and Northcote road for shops, cafes and restaurants as well as near Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and Battersea Park for local walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. The snagging list has been addressed promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That you have to pay the building service charge up front (thought it would be in quarterly instalments). I do wish the heating was Bluetooth/ smart. It is the only downfall of the property as having had Nest it is annoying I can’t programme the heating on my phone.

Great building some things missing to make it amazing.

The only facility missing is a gym and maybe more parking, the lounge area is a nice idea but a small gym would have been more useful as there is already a social area on the roof . The roof terrace is great but would be good if it was open later on weekends. Concierge are lovely. Property management are very responsive. Bins don’t seem to be emptied often which means there is a lot of rubbish piled up in the basement. Building works next door are leaving lights on all night which affects sleep as light comes through curtains. Should be turning lights off to save energy but at least offer people facing them blackout blinds.

Great transport links lots of restaurants and bars around Clapham junction, missing a local shop like a small Sainsbury’s or Tesco nearby.

Would be useful to have more information on the ongoing building works.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views and the balcony are great. Bathrooms are also nice.
