Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to rail links (across the road from a station) and with 15 mins walk of both major stations to get anywhere in the country. Right behind the main shopping district as well as in sight of the river. No parking. There is a pub right outside but doesn't create any anti social behaviour or excessive noise. Excellent choice of restaurants and shops around the corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Nothing major, I created a ticket but it was more to ask if my payment had went through. There is a useful ticket system for enquiries where you can create new and see old enquiries. Far better than using email
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Kitchen is probably a little smaller than I'm used to, you will need to get groceries often and there isn't really space for lots kitchen equipment. Not a problem though as there are many grocery close by and major superstore about 5-10 mins walk away

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The city centre location means I'm within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, museums and galleries. Opposite James street train station and close to Liverpool One bus station. Being in the centre can be a little noisier on the weekend but it is usually quiet after 10pm.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t raised any problems since moving in one year ago.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is noise from outside but not ordinarily from neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here is incredibly convenient. The James is situated in a prime location with easy access to a wide variety of local shops, restaurants, and bars. Public transport links are excellent, making it very simple to get around Liverpool. The street feels safe and well-maintained, and despite being so central, the noise level is surprisingly low, providing a great balance between city life and personal peace.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is incredibly responsive and efficient. Whenever I raise a concern or a minor maintenance issue, they address it almost immediately with a professional and helpful attitude. Their proactive approach to problem-solving truly ensures a stress-free living experience, and they always follow up to make sure everything is resolved to my satisfaction.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One tip I’d share with new neighbours is to make full use of the communal spaces and attend the social events organized by the team as early as possible. It’s the best way to feel part of the community and meet amazing people. Also, don't hesitate to reach out to the management for local recommendations—they are incredibly knowledgeable and always happy to help. I wish I had known earlier how welcoming the environment is; it would have saved me from any initial moving-in jitters!

Really ideal if you work In the city, as everything is so close together. I haven't saw the bins overly full. There is a Weatherspoons downstairs but I can't hear them. Which is amazing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Luckily I have had no protest but after meeting everyone I know they will treat with respect

Transport links are very convenient, with buses, trains and key routes close by, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it’s a vibrant, comfortable and well-connected place to live.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I’m happy to say nothing was left out before I moved in. I felt considered and well accommodated from the moment I viewed the property. I received a detailed run-down on everything, which gave me a clear picture of what to expect at The James before moving in.
