Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

An amazing place to stay, it is in the centre of Liverpool. It is close to Liverpool One where you can find lots of shopping malls. Also, there are lots of restaurants near the The James, and there are two Tesco supermarkets as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is pretty good, responding to all problems pretty quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have asked GM Jennifer all the questions I have before moving in, and she replied to all my questions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very central, which is great. The downside is a lot of city noise, but that is to be expected when living so central.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any problems or issues yet so I have no comment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything at the moment to add to this.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Settle in the city downtown, close to the M&S and bus station. Might be a little bit noisy in night on weekends. There's a car park in the next street (I don have car tho).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

he will guide you how to deal with them or just solve them if something wrong about facilities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

electric bill is not included in rent fee, and it increased.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’m new to Liverpool but think the location is prime - close to the docks (perfect for sunset strolls!) great access to local shopping and dining, close to the bars that you can walk, but not too close that you hear the noise I feel safe as a single woman

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues, but the building management is great so I’m sure they’d handle it brilliantly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You need special pots/pans that work on an induction stove. I didn’t know that was a thing - but check that your cookware is induction friendly so you can use the kitchen

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very central and easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. It’s a busy street so there is noise, but that is not a deterrent. Weekends can be a bit noisy, but this usually stops around 23:00.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The few issues I have had have always been dealt with in a very timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I didn’t know was that I’d need my own pots/pans. But, this was easily rectified as the shops are so close.
