We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Really love living here! Love living in ancoats, very friendly area and has everything you need in walking distance. Had a good experience with the property management so far! Have been quite attentive to any issues we’ve had although we haven’t lived here long. Quite an expensive area and building though for the size of the flats.

Always very clean, however woeful property management. Not consistent in views/rules. Inflexible. Not professional. Slow to respond to the parcel room being ransacked and other thefts in the building. The building is not secure. Would not recommend the management of this development.

The building interior is lovely especially on the first floor with the indoor plants and the printing press (at least that’s what I think it is) but if you look up, it can look a bit prison like due to the rows of apartments on either side. Not really any facilities on offer besides paid storage and a car park. The property managers are excellent however and any issues have been swiftly rectified.

The development is in an ideal location for people wanting to escape the busy city life. The building itself is gorgeous and uses the old brick fantastically. The only downside is that it gets very cold as the interior almost acts as a wind tunnel. It can be hard to heat the rooms.

I think the apartment is overpriced considering it’s unfurnished and there are no additional facilities e.g concierge, work space, gym etc. like majority of apartments have these days. Building management has been average, parcels room has been broken into several times and feel like there hasn’t really been any progress to prevent this going forwards and the car park is also overpriced given its extremely tight and only has several electric charging points which is extremely frustrating when none electric cars park in them.
