The house and the area are fantastic, but if you're looking for snags to be sorted soon after moving in forget about it!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly! In the first two weeks they get back to you, then it's like you don't exist to them. Awful. Just ignore your emails.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not to have high expectations on after sales care.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Newark as a good selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Shops in the town are useful and a good selection of supermarkets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall ok on the trivial matters. But the large matters they are often slow and reluctant to respond.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Proximity to properties behind and visitor parking was withdrawn after purchase has been agreed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Limited shops within walking distance, Newark town centre is good for restaurants and bars. There needs to be through roads built from here to the A46 as traffic in town is bad as it is. Anti social behaviour is very limited and traffic noise is none existent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly but then take a while to actually resolve the problem.

How delayed you could potentially get when they give you a move in date.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is approximately 30 mins walk into town centre. Obviously quicker by car, bus or cycle. Amenities really close by are a gym, cafe and small supermarket. Street is quiet, good service from local council and as yet no trouble with ASB or traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall very good. Those problems previously mentioned were dealt with very differently. This is mainly due to a variety of sub contractors suppliers of goods and services, some prompt and good others poor service and communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be aware of the issue with postal and other deliveries, signage and numbering is confusing, resulting in missed or undelivered mail or even mail put through other houses on site. This of course puts the receiver of your goods in a difficult position.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Unfortunately as yet there are no shops or pub as promised. A children’s play area is in the early stages of construction. We do have a local bistro/cafe which is lovely but only open a few days a week. The location is perfect for the A1.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly if at all. The workmanship does need monitoring which is s shame.

The traffic in Newark is a bit of a pain sometimes and make a short journey very long.
