Spacious, high quality apartments in a quiet location
One of the nicest apartment blocks to rent from in Manchester/Salford. The living area and bathrooms are very spacious and the ventilation is incredible, so everything stays nice and fresh. All of the appliances are very high quality and the materials/feel of the building is high quality. The kitchen has plenty of storage but limited side space and the bedrooms are cosy and have large cupboards. I love the design of my apartment.

There’s some really nice bars and restaurants and good transport links to the city centre by tram, but the tram is a bit slow. Zero traffic noise or anti-social behaviour, very little parking availability which helps keep the area quiet and car free

The bike storage is too full to fit any more bikes in

We’ve had almost zero problems, but I’m not sure I have ever had a reply by email to any queries/issues raised.

The building is top quality
The building is top quality and I don’t have any complaints. One constructive point is that whilst the gym is a nice bonus it is very small and difficult to use when even one or two other people are also in it I enjoy the pool table and pleasant lobbies as nice additional spaces to spend time in.

Good selection of bars and restaurants very near by. Great transport links. The area is quite quiet.

That is a very warm and mostly quiet flat and the area is also very peaceful.

Issues have all been solved although we have often had to wait a while for an initial response.
Excellent waterside views apartments
Highly recommend this apartment, clean and well maintained, good facilities, really nice place, so cozy, comfortable. Nice waterside views from balcony. My husband and I loved it. Especially thanks Arvil for introducing me and my husband to this amazing, move-in-ready apartment!

It has super convenient location. Metro link is less than 5 mins walk away so it is really easy to go to either the city centre or Trafford Center.

There are not enough wardrobe and cabinets in the bedrooms

The management team are very helpful and responsive. The staff solved my inquiries and help me when I need it.

Best place in Manchester
It is an incredible place to live, together with a super attentive staff willing to always help with everything you need. The apartment is super warm, you don’t need to use heating at any time, very good views, and above all very quiet. Whenever you have any questions or need help with any damage, the team is always willing to help you.

Very quiet and safe place for children and adults, good bars where you can have a drink and walk quietly.

Tranquillity and security. The neighbours are super friendly and there are never problems.

They always solve everything at the moment. Whenever you have a problem, you just have to call and they will fix it as soon as possible.
Amazing place to live with spacious, stunning apartments
Stunning building with some of the most spacious apartments I’ve seen compared to other places of a similar price range. Furnishing is great and the facilities and appliances here are all modern and well functioning. The flat is highly technological with modern finishings and makes for a lovely home

great transport into the city by tram, loads of shops and bars nearby and green space so you always feel happy going out in the area even just for walks as well as out for meals. No parking included in the property and can be competitive to find a space during business hours due to the number of big media companies in the area.

Understanding how the bills work here would have been useful before moving in as the water especially, which is from an independent company providing hot and cold water directly to the flat without a boiler

Always fixed however some needed a second visit due to the issue returning

A very pleasant building with great aesthetic design. Comfortable layout of the apartments with top notch equipmentt and installations. The management team is to be commended on their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. They are very welcoming and warm and immediately make one feel at home..

Great access to public transport, plenty of walking and exercise space, pleasant surroundings, clean, safe and relatively calm.
Could benefit from more gocery shopping options in the area, a bakery, and more green space around the quays..

Great location as just outside city centre but close enough to get in easily and quickly. No real noise after 11am which is good.

The gym is closed 10am to 11am every day and the hallways get very hot.

Apartments are beautifully designed and spacious. Top facilities in the flat itself and throughout the building with a gym, communal work space and pool table all free to use whenever. Concierge and parcel room makes receiving parcels a breeze! Property management are friendly and attentive.

Fantastic area to live in with lots to do on your doorstep. The quays is beautiful for walking/running round, and there’s plenty of bars and restaurants too. You’ve also got a cinema and the Lowry theatre within a 10 minute walk from the building! Trams from media city get you into Manchester City centre within 20ish minutes.

Only issue is parking if you have a car. There is a multi storey opposite but obviously that comes at a cost.

The development focused on renting business. The mixed proved a range of flat sizing from one to three bedroom to suit renter’s need. Manager team is highly attentive and responsive. Facilities are right fitted to the need of residents. Free Wi-Fi and coffee machine too!

It is just a throw to city centre. Well connected with metro and road networks. Vibrant community and inclusive culture. Highly secured and tidy environment.

It’s a surprise there were a free Wi-Fi and coffee machine when move in. The district heating system has a reduced foot print and hence high space utilisation. High headroom of the apartment also enhanced the spacious feeling.

Responses are swift and effective. The property is well maintained. Occasional failures are well attended.
A lovely place to live
The building is gorgeous, the communal room is stunning and very peaceful, I love the big living room windows and high ceilings, the people that work here are so lovely and always helpful, any issues you have are always sorted out quickly and efficiently

Everything is great about living here, there’s lots of nice places to eat and drink and the tram stop is so close, it’s lovely being near the water, it could do with a cheap pub and some cheaper parking though!

I wish I had known about the parking available, the car parks near are very expensive and there is no on road parking around, even the permits are very expensive and limited.
