I Love The Green Rooms!
The Green Rooms is an extremely modern building with a sense of modern facilities and room for office space and private working, whether it be at the gym or a spacious area with plenty of tables, seating etc. The development is always kept clean and in an immaculate state. The staff are always friendly and really understanding.

I wish I had known more about the local area, in terms of transport links, shops etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They acknowledge the emails sent with the initial reporting of the repairs, and then either send help immediately or keep me updated with the timescales. I never feel that I am forgotten.
Great location and peaceful
The Green Rooms flats impress with their impeccable design, top-notch facilities, and excellent building and property management. It’s a great place to call home! Any issues are fixed promptly and it is a very relaxing and sound proof building to live in

The water/heating bills are a bit pricey compared to the average

Management have been quick to communicate and fix any building wide issues e.g. elevators or wifi issues

Love the development, and apartments themselves, the large spacious balconies was a massive selling point for us! Modern apartments with great natural light. The building is full of friendly polite tenants and staff. All concierge staff are always so helpful and accommodating, right from viewing apartments, to moving in, to day to day living. Good Facilities available, gym is very basic and a little bit limited, would be great if this could be expanded at all? The coffee machine in the reception area is also a nice touch! Would maybe be helpful to have an app/ online forum for the building where tenants could communicate and see all communications in one place? (a previous building we lived in had this and it worked well)

There’s so much right on your door step, from coffee spots to brunch, to restaurants, to bars, to shops! (The brunch spot opposite is our favourite!) Also great public transport links all around. Absolutely love the area, it’s so peaceful and quiet, but also lots going on. Unfortunately parking is very expensive in the area which makes having people come to visit quite hard, as I feel bad a guest paying such expensive parking just to visit for a few hours- it stops me from inviting people over. Would be great to have some council managed ‘pay by phone’ spots as these tend to me a lot more affordable and conveinient (also usually free after 8pm)

If you have a car, you’ll probably have to pay for the monthly parking at the multi-storey across the road as there is no other affordable off road/ on road parking close by at all.
Its good to know that you have the option to move some of the furniture out of furnished flats if you need to as a lot of buildings don’t actually offer that!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We are in a furnished apartment and we have wanted to move furniture out of the flat to make room for our own this has been accommodated quickly and easily (EG removing bed from spare room to replace with walk in wardrobes) All emails, questions and queries get answered quickly and thoroughly.

Amazing development with attentive staff who go above & beyond. More facilities than espected with great working from home areas & social spaces at the front and back of the building. No issues living here in the 14 months we’ve been here – can see myself living here for another couple of years for sure.

The range of local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces is perfect. The location is perfect and quiet, with a good nightlife as well as being just outside of the city centre. Transport links are reliable and frequent. The only downfall is the parking as it is very expensive to get a parking permit – so much we have had to sell the car.

How difficult parking would be – it’s very expensive. I think paying over £1000 for a one bedroom flat & then parking nearly being £200 a month on top of that as well as bills is very expensive. I would love to get a car however not feesible with the cost of secure parking.

The staff are super helpful & friendly! Never had an issues.
A PERFECT LOCATION FOR ALL AGES
I considered all the options before moving to The Green Rooms. The apartments are very well designed. Sound proofing, fittings and fixtures are just right. The little details, such as number and location of plug sockets have been well thought out. The building includes a well-equipped gym, areas for working/studying or meeting. The reception area is manned 24/7 which is very reassuring. The Management teams are first-class. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Also, it is very pet-friendly. I would recommend this development to any future tenants.

I have lived at Salford Quays for almost 30 years, on and off. When I first bought an apartment at Winnipeg Quay, there was no Media City, Lowry Theatre, Shopping Mall, Imperial War Museum or the Metrolink. So, I have seen many changes. This is a brilliant location. Close to Manchester centre and the Mway network. The local shops are adequate. The bars and restaurants are excellent. Security is also good and the whole area is very well-maintained.

To be honest I am not sure what to say, as everything was as expected. I am highly satisfied.

Any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. No problems there. Avril and her team, Tom, Grace and Ewelina are brilliant!

We moved in here over a year ago. It was a love from first sight. The building is really nice as well as the neighbourhood. Loving our apartment and the waterview. Couldn’t be happier with everything I’m sure I’ll be missing this place once we move out.

Very clean building with a lovely lounge Area. Love the coffee machine. Interior is so pretty and has been furnished very tastefully. Love how vibrant and welcoming it is. The property itself is spacious and clean. The ceilings are nice and high and it feels like home

Lovely place to live
Design of development is good, although more lifts would have been ideal. Facilities are excellent and flats are laid out maximising space.
Development is clean and tidy outside and inside. Building management tends to get things fixed and management company notify all residents of issues and estimated repair time.

I wish the gym was a little bit bigger and had an active app to see how many people are in it. Apart from that everything works well. I like the designs during seasonal times, Easter, Chinese celebrations, Christmas, Halloween – it always matches seasonal celebrations. The little gifts of chocolate outside the door and the Christmas cards 😁

More convenient stores are needed that are better price ranged. The good aspects are the restaurants, bars, the location and accessibility to everything

Yes – and very quickly. Only needed one thing to do with our washing machine and this was quickly rectified

The development has been perfect. Management is helpful and on the ball. The apartment has everything we need and open space, furnished, well kept after and up to date appliances. The building management eg how facilities and appliances are looked after if any issues.
