Good facilities such as 24 hours gym and spacious communal areas for me to have a break and grab a coffee. WIFI is free in my apartment and runs through the development. There’s work space & meeting area to allow me to work over there for free and a printer is available.

I like to live here, good management, general shop and cafes nearby, convenient to metro link and good to running.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I could have a pet before moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a problem with Wifi connection when I moved in, Thomas came to check immediately and solved my problem within the same day. He is very nice and helpful, much appreciated.
Good. But very slow internet speeds
Overall good. Great location.
Only complaint is the very poor internet connection speeds, which myself and many other residents have reported since October, yet 6 months later, they have still not been fixed.

Good – very close to the MediaCity offices
Bad – Booths closed so there are currently no local shops in the area
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How bad the internet was.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Takes a while to respond. Some issues have still not been fixed yet.
Central yet tranquil
The location is tranquil yet right in the centre of MediaCity which has so much to offer. The light is fantastic, we get to see the sunrise and set each day which is amazing. The whole building and staff are pet friendly which is a huge plus. It’s a really lovely community and communal areas with coffee machines, kitchens and bookable meeting rooms make it a really easy, stress-free place to live. The staff are so kind and go the extra mile daily. I have heard some really heart-warming stories about how they have helped residents personally throughout the C-19 pandemic.

Greenrooms is located in the perfect spot, overlooking the water, next door to local cafe’s, restaurants and opposite a large car park. It’s a short walk to the MediaCity tram stop.
99% of residents are thoughtful, however in any development you do get a couple who are noisy at weekends. The whole of MediaCity is patrolled by 24/7 security which makes this place extremely safe to live.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish there were more recycling facilities for specific items so the Greenrooms was more environmentally conscious.
I also think the design of the balcony could be better to ensure spillages don’t come through to the balcony below.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes and acted promptly, you can contact service team throughout the day.

Great building in a fantastic location.
The building has a modern design in a popular area. Communal areas are regularly cleaned, maintaining a high standard throughout.
Most of the staff are welcoming and always happy to help. The amenities provided are excellent, with lots of space to work if you want to get out of your apartment but don’t have to travel anywhere.

Close to 3 tram stops which is very convenient. Only a 10 min tram away from Trafford centre.
There is little anti-social behaviour in the area.
Good choice of independent cafe/restaurants to dine in.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The water company is LEEP.
And the gyms lightest dumbells are 6kg
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Efficiently, quickly and professionally. They always provide an alternative while fixing the issue.
I’m a happy tenant
Car park is missing in the design, and the Communal garden is missing too.
Some improvement in cleaning would help, for example Stains on carpet next to elevator on 9th floor.
Maybe some activity for kids and women would help to create better living environment.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Only downsides probably; good schools, sports center, and supermarkets are little far. Restaurants and other amenities are good
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
I would add a two seater sofa and TV in the living room.
